  AWESOME wedding party/reception and 2 night stay

   don't care what all the other reviews are saying this place was amazing. Few months ago we were looking for a place to stay during a wedding and hopefully host a reception. I called all the local hotels and after talking to Kandy we decided that we would stay at the Quality Inn. I have to admit it was mostly because of price and the photographs that we saw looked like the place was pretty nice so we went ahead and decided to have it there. The clinch was probably candy telling us that we could use the area off the pool to have our little party in. Upon pulling up to the front of the hotel if I'm honest I to rub in my throat a little bit because this didn't look anything like the photos. I got extremely scared until of course I walked inside and the place was absolutely beautiful. I don't know what these other people's problems are but the insides smelled wonderful granite countertops in the kitchen, tile floors , eather seating, beautiful kitchen area, soft clean cumfy bed, great pillows, and the shower... I have to admit I'm kind of a shower snob in the shower was awesome I didn't want to get out. As far as service there is no way you could beat this service anywhere I have never been treated better at any hotel regardless of the amount of stars. We basically took over this entire hotel it was awesome. Candy was there the whole time serving our every need. Dave and let us have access to the entire kitchen area use their tables there was nothing that we asked for that was said no to. I highly recommend this hotel and make sure you ask for candy lol. Thank you so much for the greatest wedding party and the most beautiful reception letting us decorate and catering to us like we were royalty. I love this place and whenever I'm in the area we will be staying here.

  Quiet, Clean, Newely Renavated and Very Friendly Staff.

  I had the opportunity to stay here a couple of nights a couple a week or so ago and was apprehensive due to some bad reviews I had read. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when I walked in and saw a beautifully renavated lobby and was greeted by very friendly staff. Check in was smooth and quick. The 4 rooms our group had were clean and also nicely renovated. The hotel was very quiet and every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone. The negative reviews I read do not at all match the experiences our group had staying here.

  Wow...pile of broken down TV's on the side of building, dead brush pile never cleaned up,bad dead animal smell in hallways, doors propped open for flies to come in, stained bathtubs and cigarette burns on comforters, yellow stains on bedsheets, windows falling out of frames when you try to open them, breakfast never put out on time, no-one ever at the front desk. Why this place is open is beyond me. People smoking weed outside and inside. Don't ever go there

  I've had the pleasure of using the Quality Inn in Redwood Falls on many occasions and found the same amenities as more expensive hotels along with very helpful and friendly service. The rooms are always clean and come with a refrigerator, microwave, free internet and Roku. My favorite part was the super comfortable bed because at the end of the day, all I want to do is lay down and relax. No one likes a cheap hard mattress and the pillow topped king size I'm sleeping on tonight is very comfy. The hotel is also close to everything in town.

  Do not recommend

  Bad service. Called ahead of time to book our room and when we got here they changed it. Room to our door didn't stay closed several times and rooms are outdated. Certain staff members were rude and unprofessional.
