  Property is good but it is not very well maintained. Prefer this hotel only if u have a vehicle with u as this property is at a bit remote location, we couldnt find any public conveyance or share vehicles nearby.

  The Hotel Denied Me Check In Even After Confirmed Online Booking

  I had pre booked one deluxe room online, but the hotel staff refused me check in by saying that no rooms are available. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour, they can't even manage their online inventory properly. I had a confirmed booking which was prepaid but they denied. No refunds and no service. Very bad experience.

  Value for money

  Peaceful setting.. spacious rooms.. service is very prompt and the staff is very courteous..excellent food .. clean washrooms..enjoyed the stay..will definitely visit again. The Best part about this place is that every room has its own view facing balconies so the privacy is maintained.

  Nice resort with excellent staff

  The resort is moment built having rooms with nice mountain views and big neat and clean rooms. It is located about 5-6km away from the main KASAULI town and that makes it quite peaceful. Parking was available. Their staff were really very helpful and professional, always ready to help. Food was great too and reasonably priced. Overall, we had a nice stay for the price paid.

  Not upto the mark

  Come up with repair tool. Single toad from dharampur. Not worth visiting as the quality is not upto the mark. Dirty rooms to poor quality of food.Either you may stay at Chd or move to shimla but not kasauli anyway.
