  Good stay

  We took up the entire building for stay for my brother' wedding. Each floor they have 2 connected rooms and 2 normal rooms. Totally 3 floors. They have free wifi for every floor. A small hall for function in the ground floor. They gave us the terrace to house the caterers. The lift is a little weird. You press 1 floor and it stops in the staircaselanding between the ground and first floor and so forth for every floor. The rooms and bathrooms are decent with air conditioners in every room.

  Worst staff

  The rooms are quite nice especially for 3-4 people. They two bedrooms with one bed in each room. However, the staff is quite bad. The day we arrived the lift was not working and we got a room on 3rd floor. The breakfast is lousy and so is the staff. The rooms smell bad and they have mould. The bathroom didn't have any exhaust fan. So overall it was quite a bad experience. The tv didn't work for 2 nights.

  Unpleasant experience

  Though the location is a plus point but locating the hotel is a serious headache! Rooms are spacious with modern amenities but the service was really horrible and staff was clueless during most of our stay. One of the ACs was not working, window pane of bathroom was broken and they couldn't do anything about that. We were provided with drinking water, body wash and toilet soap after much follow-up. The worst part- we booked our room with "Complimentary Breakfast" which then turned out to be a "Light Breakfast" consisting of dry bed toasts with tea or maggi! This was a serious letdown and services must be improved.

  bad experience

  Poorly maintained , unhygenic laundries and less than ordinary. towels and bed sheets were dirty , housekeeping staff was untrained and takes hell lot of time to respond. basic breakfast requirement like bournvita milk was unavailable, limited option in menu for jains.

  Never visit again....

  Good - Central location, Rest, read below. First of all, its a three star property. It was difficult to locate the property, quite interior area. I booked the room for two nights which had the toilet outside the room!!! Hotel management or online booking providers should use their own brain before providing such room to the couples. Instantly cancelled the room and had to rebook (due to night arrival) there itself, for a premium. Yet these so called classic, deluxe or suit (whatever you name) rooms are not maintained. So called free breakfast is Poori Bhaji, served for 365x7, irrespective of your nationality or likings... Switchboards have came out of from its fixture, its a great danger for people with kids. Fan regulator was not working, either let it be switched off or stay in a extreme fan speed (this is a common trick used by many hotels, to save electricity bill) I informed hotel manager but no action taken till we left. Star given only for the room boy who was quite helpful. Cannot ever stay or recommend anyone... Note: I think, Hotels keep (arrange) such rooms only for the guests (to trap people) who book online. This is my experience with online bookings in India. Its my experience with all online service providers....
