Deceptive looks and money interested managementOk first of all that wasn't totally a horrible holliday because we've met some really nice people at the Flintstones Travel Agency via the hotel we stayed that has no understanding about customer needs or comfort.I don't know what to start with because this hotel is really far far away from anywhere you want go or anything you want to do so they'll charge you with every excursions you may want to join and plus the road transfers that cost as much or even higher. We went there for the past valentines day just because its a special day I wanted to do special plans but I was short on time so found this hotel and booked in reliance upon the manager hotel who sounded reliable and hones at that time. So he told me he ran out of rooms but has one big suit with a fireplace and a jakuzi. "Waow" I said must be a heaven in cappadocia with this much standarts and after the pictures I saw I said I'll take it.But it didn't take much to notice that we were the only guests staying at the hotel when we got there. When I saw the room I was shocked because it had only a little resemblance with the pictures because they were professionally taken and edited. In the evening the room started to get really cold and I asked the staff to burn the fireplace thinking just maybe it can help change the poor atmosphere of the room that I paid excessive amounts of money! But their reply was even more shocking even if it is valentines day they cannot operate the fireplace except certain hours and that we need to take permisssion from staff or call somebody to fire it on our demand if the time is right, what the heck seriosly?? Not to mention their so called great jacuzzi was leaking so you have to fill it up constantly and they didnt clean it everyday so you clean it yourself if you plan to use it more than once. The rooms are dirty with too much dust and also fossils of bugs and dirt may be found on the floor scattered around. My plain white socks turned black after that holliday for sure. As I mentioned before there is definitely nothing to do around the hotel so we tool all the excursions we could and at the check out they added the transfer cost as well as a %18 tax add when I told them I wanted to pay with a credit card. I guess they found their way for defrauding the revenue by adding extra costs to the tour prices if you want to pay with credit card or ask for a receipt but thats not my interest I'm not a man of small interests so won't bother paying extra 20-30 TL but if you do make sure you plan your trips with the travel agency not the hotel! Well except for those it was an enjoyable holliday and a pleasant experience. Will definitely go the this summer but this time I'll check the hotel reviews as well as the pictures and the LOCATION. So besides the beauty of cappadocia if you want to spend your time on the roads while getting to places you vant to visit and spend more money on taxi transfer etc and want to experience your primary school holliday with your beloved principle that tells you do's and don'ts yeah this place it quite best place you'll ever find.. Cheers

Isolated and mystical experienceA very nice cave hotel but a bit far from the center. A nice couple running it together and they organised private tour with their own car fro us for the two days we were there and asked for discount as well which they agreed. Only problem was that they did not give us proper information about tickets, there is a museum pass for 45 TL which we should have bought the first day and is valid for 72 hours no one told us that so we paid individual tickets on each attraction which cost more. We had the green honeymoon room which was really good, only problem was with the toilet which had no ventilation. Also the show was a bit weird hard to position the douche. There are also two small dogs which they are everywhere , very small and quite but if you are afraid of dogs or not comfortable maybe not the best option for you. Breakfast and dinner was OK. I would recommend them overall, good experience.

AmazingI would highly recommend this hotel it has amazing unique rooms and awesome food and service. I felt like I was in a honeymoon suite with spa and sauna and huge rainforest shower. My room was jaw dropping with Turkish sitting area rocking chairs a king on king bed and the mist amazing design. I am glad I had two nights here for my tour with Fez travel who are also the best for your trip to turkey.

Cave HotelAlthough it seems lux or premium hotel , cleaning of rooms are not enough, services were poor, there are small dogs inside of hotel which we don't like very much; although beverages at the room is called free , while check out; they account all these cost ; meals were not very delicious as mentioned here. We stayed at the hotel 5 days, it was very calm, if you want to feel nature and calmness together , you can select this hotel just be careful about costs, first of all , rent a car instead of paying taxi ; secondly find a restaurant in which more delicious and cheaper services are available.
