  Small but clean unit. Great location

  Small units at an older resort but very clean. Colors of the room were a bit drab. No balcony. Murphy bed was comfortable. Pool area was nice. Location was perfect. Lots to do in the area. Staff was friendly.

  Beach walks out your door!

  This is an older resort that needs updates but it's access to the beach is great We enjoyed our beach walks and seafood restaurants close by. Riptides, Jimmy Hula's, & Peach Cafe were within easy walking distance and good. We drove to Lighthouse point, Daytona Speedway and other beach areas.

  My vacation did not start well at check-in. At check-in I was charged a $35 administrative fee which was not mentioned at the time of my reservation months prior. How does one get away with charging for something that was not in the agreement when reservations were made? I hate hidden charges. The next thing I was not happy with was the lack of getting beach towels at check-in. We were told if we wanted beach towels to come to the office. Check in was on Saturday, towel exchange is on Monday. If we wanted to go swimming on Sunday, we would not have beach towels. The first three days of our vacation was cloudy and rainy, so we did not think of swimming. Tuesday was beautiful we wanted to go swimming, so we went for beach towels. We were told towel exchange is on Monday and Thursdays and we cannot get towels. On Thursday we went for beach towels and we were told we needed to bring our old beach towels to exchange. We told them we have not gotten beach towels yet. Luckily, she gave us beach towels without too much more problem. I called prior to our trip and asked for ocean view. I was told all rooms were ocean view. Our unit was on the ground floor, our view was on the parking lot. Was not happy. They were not accommodating at all. We found our glassware and silverware dirty. Unit was clean but outdated. Office was always locked. I do not think that is good practice. Certainly not welcoming feeling. We did not use the grills, but we were told if we did use the grills, we had to go to the office to get the tools and they must be brought back cleaned. I understand this and it is reasonable. What I did not like to see is in their pamphlets it stated you must clean the grill when finished. What are maintenance people getting paid for? I have never experienced such a thing. Would not return. This is not a silver resort unless RCI's standards have gone down that much.

  Old outdated decor and uncomfortable beds

  We definitely wouldn't stay here again. The carpet and curtains were old, dark green and outdated. The shower didn't work correctly. We were supposed to leave on Saturday but we left on Thursday, two days early.

  Absolutely fantastic

  We loved this place. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Amazing, Friendly, warm and welcoming. The rooms were perfect. Everything was very clean from the front desk to the grounds to the rooms. Impeccable...We would definitely book this place again.
