  Quaint and relaxing

  My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in November and had the most relaxing time! We stayed in one f the Bay Suites which gave us an incredible view of the water! The staff were very friendly and accommodating!

  WatersEdge - unbelievable trip!

  We came for the weekend on Thanksgiving and stayed at the waters edge suite. We found the listing on Airbnb in the book through the website. It was myself my wife and our small cocker spaniel. The pictures were amazing and the room was equally great. You wake up to views of the bay with the sunrise every morning and i it is in a wonderful location to explore the town. Would highly recommend to any of our friends and we will be back soon!

  Ideal Place to Stay on the Island

  We really loved Outlook Inn. The customer service was the best I've ever experienced. The place itself is beautiful with the views of the water and mountains but also in the heart of town and 1-2 blocks away from great shops, bakeries, etc. I definitely plan on coming back and recommending to all my friends and family.

  Cold showers

  The views are beautiful and the staff are very kind (Tracy, Isaac, Patrick). However there were some very frustrating things during our three day stay. We repeatedly had to take cold showers. Per the front desk they were at a high capacity so there wasnt enough hot water. In addition, our fireplace didnt work. Maintenance was able to turn it on shortly after check in. However, once we turned it off to go out, it never lit again during our three day stay. Due to COVID safety we didnt want maintenance coming in and out of our room repeatedly to fix it so we just did without it the rest of the weekend. I would expect these basic things like hot water to be functioning in a $200 per night room. Cold showers in the middle of winter were not pleasant.

  Perfect location on Orcas Island

  We stayed in one of the Water's Edge suites for four nights and the accommodation was perfect. The room is beautiful with an exception view of the bay to watch the tides and bird activity. As an added plus the staff were very efficient and responsive to any request. The bath items available are also first class adding to the experience. We actually purchased some to take home an enjoy. We would recommend the Outlook Inn on Orcas Island to anyone visiting the island. In addition to the Water's Edge suites there are also several different types of accommodations to fit any family size or preferred location. The location is also a very easy walk to most of the restaurants, grocery store and retail stores in Eastsound.
