  Fun Family-Oriented condos

  Older property, but clean and comfortable condos that are perfect for families. Two pools, large sunbathing deck, DVDs to rent, family activities during the summer. Steps over the dunes to the beach where you can walk for miles, surf, and beach comb with the locals. Well be back!

  Short beach trip

  Amazing staff and the accommodations were right on the mark. The resort has an agreement with Sea Scape golf course to play golf for cart fees only. I took advantage of that and met the course manager who was extremely welcoming. The location on the beach is fantastic and access to shopping and excursions is all right there.

  My favorite Outer Banks destination.

  Nice place, great staff. Beautiful clean unit. Great location. Near great restaurants. The Outer Banks Beach Club 1 and 2 has an indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool. I will be coming back!!

  Delightful!

  I love "Winter Beach." I love the Outer Banks. I loved the opportunity to get away to a relatively uncrowded area (it is, after all, February) and be outside to enjoy nature. We were gifted a certificate, and chose Outer Banks Beach Club II. We didn't know what to expect, as I read mixed reviews. Well, let me tell you... We were gobsmacked. In the very best way. The condo was oceanfront, with a lovely view of the ocean, and the ocean sound was wonderful. We woke up early every day to see the amazing sunrise (one cloudy day dud, and one with promise that fizzled- the rest were spectacular.) On one morning we were blessed with a couple of dolphin pods playing, having breakfast, and saw some jump in the air. We had some nice long walks on the beach, and one most beautiful day with temps in the 60's. We enjoyed ice cream at the table on the deck/walkway outside our unit. We went to Hatteras, the Wright Brothers' Museum, Corolla, Roanoke Island. We had seafood, and Carolina barbecue. The accommodations were absolutely lovely, and I can't think of one thing that could have been improved. We had a two bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms (the en-suite had a deep jacuzzi tub), a complete kitchen with all the amenities, a very comfortable living/dining area, and AMAZING WiFi! We took along a Roku stick, and were able to stream all the shows we needed to catch up on. The beds were very comfortable- firm mattress. Blackout curtains around ensured that we could sleep when we wanted to. The elevator was available for major baggage hauling, and the stairs next to our apartment made for easy access to parking. We checked in after 5 pm (Sunday to Sunday rental), and the security person was gracious, checked us in, and answered all our questions. Check out was equally pleasant. We really couldn't have been happier, and hope to return.

  Great resort in March!

  Off-season in the Outer Banks was perfect for us. The unit was lovely, fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated...very clean. The octagon building had 5 windows facing the ocean so when it was cold outside we still had lovely views! Of course, we lucked out and had almost 70 degrees for 5 of our 7 days...but that had nothing to do with the resort....or maybe it did!! hahahaha
