  Family run and nothing was a bother. Warm welcome and staff always friendly. Venue is stunning. Castle is very dog friendly. Some good local walks for those with or without a dog. Breakfast was really good and lots of choice. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay.

  Excellent service

  My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and had a superb stay. The family who own the hotel pride themselves on delivering top service and make you feel at home. Location is ideal for seeing the sights of Northumberland, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was decent and dinner recommendations outside of the hotel were all spot on. Thanks Ellie and Alex for hosting us, we will be back! Dom & Emily

  A welcome break

  Stayed here for three nights last week and had a wonderful time. Nothing is too much trouble and there is a lovely friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent and we felt very 'Covid safe'. We shall be back!

  Stunning Hotel exceptional customer service

  Only stayed for one night but could not fault our stay. Warm welcome, clean bedroom with good amenities and good shower. Praise to Ivan the chef. Dinner was great, as was breakfast. Lovely ground to walk around and outdoor seating to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner.

  Otterburn Castle hotel

  Stayed overnight as a birthday treat for my husband. Gorgeous building in beautiful surroundings. Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service. Very covid safe. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant followed by a cosy drink in the lounge, by the log burner. Breakfast was delicious too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back.
