  Magnífico amanecer

  Situado en una pequeña colina pero muy cerca del centro tiene una situación privilegiada sobre la playa. Esta playa es una de las mejores que he visto en esta zona de Australia con un amanecer impresionante. Hay que pedir que la habitación tenga vistas al mar si o si, la diferencia de precio es muy pequeña pero la diferencia de habitación es enorme. Estas diferencias no son perceptibles a la hora de hacer la reserva.

  What! Pay top $$$ then asked to take out own rubbish and do dishwaher!

  The single bedroom apartment was nice enough for our three night stay in January and I would have rated higher expect for a few things that were disappointing. 1. Paid $275 per night for 3 nights ($825) and for that we were disappointed to read in the room notices that we were expected to empty our rubbish bins and take them out in plastic bags to the garbage disposal chute. Also expected to pack the dishwasher and tidy the room as we found it. I have stayed in many places in various Aust. States (rural & cities) for a lot less where housekeeping did all that at the end of your stay. Certainly would expect that level of service when paying $275 per night. 2.Entry door did not lock close when leaving the apartment. I suspect this was partly due to the air pressure in the room when the balcony doors are closed (as is usually the case when going out for the day). This is a major security concern and we didn't realise this was happening until the last day. 3. The toilet cistern capacity is too small and just about always never flushed away everything (even when just pee and a bit of toilet paper was in there). Usually took two or more flushes to remove everything. 4. The car parks in the under building security car park were small and hard to get in and out of. Not much room between car doors and a high risk of kids (or adults) opening doors and banging the car next to it. I had to use my hand to stop my door from touching the cars beside me when getting in and out. Often needed a 3 point manoeuvre to get car in and out of park and it's only a mid-sized SUV. Otherwise the room, contents and view were fine.

  A very new nice stay

  Although the studio apartment was small it was nicely furnished and a great view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff are very friendly and accommodating particularly showing us some one bedroom apartments for when we next visit Yeppoon. The one bedroom apartments are very spacious and nicely furnished. Although the apartments are up a steep hill its not that bad and worth the views and breeze.

  Great location with stunning views

  A great place to stay. Apartments were clean although some of the utensils could be upgraded - they are cheap and nasty and aren't effective. There was an odd smell coming from the bathroom so don't know what that was all about and the most frustrating thing about our stay was the nightmare we experienced EVERY time we tried to get into the carpark with the fob keys. Useless! One night it took us nearly 10 minutes to get in!!! No problem getting into the apartments and doors but the roller doors were awful. This needs to be sorted asap. Management just say that the keys are sensitive but having to wait ages for the doors to open is not acceptable. I would have given a higher rating had we not had this issue. And the wifi was rubbish too. Constantly dropping out so we didn't bother. Again - this needs to be addressed.

  Beautiful ocean views

  Have stayed here twice, both times in ocean-view 2-bedroom apartment. The buildings sits high on a hill offering great views of the ocean and town. Comfy beds and well-equipped rooms. Not cheap but worth the expense.
