  My Function Angels!

  Three weeks out from my 50th birthday party, and I needed to find a venue that would suit my needs for a sit down dinner for 50 people, a la carte from the menu. I was frantic when I went to sit with Matthew, but he calmed me and told me that they could certainly accommodate my needs. The menus were the selling point in choosing a venue. For my family, it's all about the food, and this place didn't disappoint. They had a range of menus for all dietary requirements and were willing to accommodate anything that they didn't already have specified. The actual night went off without a hitch. Jodie the function manager had a large wedding in the venue, regular dinners to cover and our 50 people to serve. It was all done with a self assured-ness of a venue that had great experienced staff. She popped in and checked on us throughout the night. Victor was our person for the night. He was delightful! So friendly and calmly reassuring. The food was magnificent, the venue looked so stylish and we had plenty of room to get up and wander and chat. They offered a discount on accommodation for those of my guests who were travelling from out of town too A huge thank you to the owner Vicky and Functions manager Jodie for all their help!

  Enjoyed out stay

  The room was neat, clean and comfortable. There wasn't much of a view but everything else was great so we didn't care too much. The restaurant was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Lovely atmosphere!

  Great experience

  What a great experience. Power was out but didnt stop business as they kicked in with special menu. Good food staff was excellent and showed good management as they had everything pre organised and no one especially the patrons were confused

  Lovely central location, good food and comfortable rooms

  We stayed for 3 nights at Oscars, and ate breakfast and lunch here .The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and professional. The restaurant has a great selection of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The salads we had were light, fresh and tasty. The central location meant that once we arrived and parked our car we could walk everywhere. For what is on offer and the great location we thought it was great value for money.

  Comfortable and enjoyable

  Excellent menu choice. We were a party of 8. The meals were well presented and everyone enjoyed what they ordered . The service was a bit lacking. They were not attentive. Had to ask for everything. I would return
