Family tripThe hotel was simply great - great proximity to restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and it is also close to Tsutenkaku - which has lots and lots a authentic local restaurants which we definitely did enjoy during our stay and transportation to most of the other tourist attractions were convenient too! The hotel offers a nightly ramen and drinks time, although it was quite crowded but it is a nice add on to the stay. Also, special thanks to Mr. (unfortunately, we did not get his English name) who checked us in with the warmest welcome and also offered us recommedations of where to go and which restaurants to go to!

Best hotel evah!Great clean room! Affordable! Free coffee and tea all day, everyday in the hotel lobby! They have free flow ramen and alcohol everyday for one hour at 10pm-11pm! They have coin laundry room. They have free sauna! We really loved our stay there! Super yummy breakfast as well! Great spread! I highly recommend this hotel to all families, couples or friends coming to Osaka! Just for the drinks and ramen, you can basically get back the value of what you paid for! We loved it!

Great location in OsakaI stayed here 5 nights in mid-March of 2020 in Rm 1729. The first night to myself and the last 4 nights as part of my tour group who arrive the 2nd day. I was originally was going to be in a single deluxe room on the 18th floor(top floor) but they moved me into my assigned tour group room to avoid having to move me later. I had the brief opportunity to see the single deluxe room before moving me into the two double bed room. It was spacious compared to my two double bed room. The rest was the same. Anyway, upon entering the room you pass the bathroom on your right. You open the door outward. The sink is on the right and the shower on the left. The shower has a folding door. There is a typical Japanesse plastic seat in it that you can move. There is no tub in the shower. The toilet is at the back of the bathroom I think on the right. The bathroom is only big enough for one person at a time outside the shower. I should mention so you are not shocked but toilet lids in Japan are heated. Japan is big on toilets with lots of features. Last there were large bottles of bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. Opposite the shower is a small rack where you can hang your clothes up. Interestingly it is a very small opening to the rack that. You access the opening that is parallel to the wall. A bit unsual but by Western standard but it is available. There are two double beds in the room on the right. There is only about 18 inches or 40 cm seperating them. One bed's side is against the wall and no walking around on that side. The other bed side has space to walk around since there is a desk next to the bed. There are several USB power connections with on/off swiches for each above and between each bed. I am not sure but there may be a night stand between the two beds. Opposite the two beds is an LCD TV mounted on the wall. The only English station on it was the Bloomberg channel. There is only about 3 feet between the foot of the bed and the opposite wal. I n the very back of the room are two chairs and a small table between them along wit hthe desk I mentioned earlier. The desk has a good size surfance to work from. You will find the remote for the TV, AC/Heat, and other other remote(never figured out what it was). The TV remote was easy to figure out. The Climate control remote took a little figuring out but once you turned it on and set the temperature it was straight forward. It can get rather toasty if you want it to be in winter. The hotel has a restaurant. I ate all my breakast there. They have Western and Japanese breakfast. Western would be scramblled eggs, sausage links(more like hot dogs by US standards) fruit bread slice, etc.. Japanese would be like salad, sushi, fried rice, and a lot other items. Due to the coronavirus they were serving it out in pre-portioned small plates with plastic wrap on them. There was also Minute Maid Orange Juice. I am uncertain if they serve lunch/dinner there since we did not eat there and we were the only people there due to the coronavirus issue going on. But they did serve ramen in a chicken broth at night at 2130 which was great as a snack before bed. You could also get some drinks like ginger ale along with it. It was free. It was really nice and I really liked it. I should menion there is a drinking stand you can access all day near reception that serves Minute Maid Orange Juice, hot tea and several other drinks. We did not take advantage of the hot spring in the hotel but they are there. I think they are on the 2nd floor and possibly the 3rd floor. The hotel is located in a great area. Lots of restaurants nearby serving a large variety of Japanese type cuisines, such as tempura, noodles, sushi, etc.. The sidewalks are VERY side and flat. You can easily find the pedestrain walkways to cross the streets. It was a lot of fun walking down the street checking out the restaurants to see what they had on their menu. I should mention there is a tower on the street nearby that changes color. I took a taxi to the hotel from KIM or Osaka airport. It costed me about $170 USD using my credit card. It took at least 25 minutes to reach the hotel. You can take from what I understand is a shuttle bus from the airport that drops you off at the nearby subway station and then you can walk to the hotel. I almost forgot to mention the supermarket that is very close by to the hotel. If you turn right from the hotel entrance and go about 70 meters you will come to a very sizeable supermarket by Japanese standard. They sell fruit, produce and all the usual stuff here. I bought some apples and oranges here. Be advised the store would not take credit card. Only cash. There is also a 7-Eleven a little further than 70 meters from the hotel but in the direction to the left of the main entrance. The street forks and can not recall which one you go(possibly the right). Anyway you go down the street and it is on the left side. The staff at the hotel were very confident and courteous to me. The staff knew English to a certain extent. One guy at the front desk knew English very well. Overall, I really liked the location of the hotel with its proximity to various restaurants, supermarket, and 7-Eleven. I also liked the 2130 ramen snack and breakfast was nice choosing between Western and Japanese stuff. The rooms with 2 beds are a bit small but what big city hotel isn't. I would certainly stay here again since I enjoyed it very much my stay here.
