  Choose renovated room if you want stay here.

  Our reservation was a family type room(s/b & dbl/b, clean and contemporary designed room) but it was smoking room. so I asked to change the room to non smoking. Thanks their offering. It was an OLD twin bed room with smelly moldy cracking bathroom then I encounterd the cockroach in the midnight. This is the first experience I ever had...

  It was pretty good....

  The hotel was well located and the staff were helpful. Rooms were reasonably clean and breakfast was simple but nice (included). The room was very small and bathroom was tiny (bath very very small). Overall it was an easy nice stay for the two nights we were in Osaka.

  A reasonable hotel

  If you go to a different place to stay in the hotel and be lazy, try elsewhere. If you need a place to sleep, clean and leave from to your exciting day, all within a budget, don't hesitate. Pros: everything in the room works. Reasonably priced. Very close proximity to train station Kyobashi, which is a major transportation hub in Osaka. Convenient store 5 min away, with ATM. Nice staff. Cons: tiny room, microscopic bathroom. Poorly speaking English staff. Train line under window, need to be accustomed to city noise. Mirror is set for people of 1,75 m, if taller, you must bow (but you're in Japan!) Bottom line: we would return.

  great location

  this hotel is located very close to shinosaka station I stayed over night on the way to Hiroshima it is just a short walk to the station as I needed accom. close I was only overnight from the airport and did not know deoarture times for the traines

  Simply a good option

  We stayed here with 2 kids and two adults. Very practical location right above a main metro and train hub and basically inside a mall. The area surrounding the hotel is not the family-friendliest, although all of Japan is safe anyway. Lots of eateries and bars around. Free use of laundry machines in the hotel, rooms are clean but, as always, very small. Breakfast has both Japanese (more) and European/Western (less) choices, but nothing special. It's a reasonable choice in any respect.
