  buen hotel

  Buen hotel, situado cerca de las pistas de esquiar, zonas comerviales y vidas nocturnas. Buen aislamiento acústico. El desayuno tipo bufete. Lo malo es la zona de SPA: ninos jugando al balon y saltando al agua. Relax: 0

  Good choice for skiing holidays

  I saw the complaints from previous years: 1. That it smells like smoke in the rooms- my room was not (2 bedroom appartment); it was all nice, clean and smoke smell free 2. That you cannot find a parking place- hotel was fully booked during my 8 days trip and I found a parking place every evening when I returned from the ski slopes; and I was returning always quite late, when all cars were parked but I was still able to find my place daily 3. spa area is crowded- it is! And the swimming pool even more! The Finnish sauna ( large one, because there is a smaller too) -I could use it every afternoon when returning from ski, so during the high peak of usage; lets say we were in average 6-8 people simultaneously in the sauna and it was ok things I liked: - breakfast and dinner extremely good -2 restaurants opened so always able to find free tables - reception area ok -receptionists ok although only some of them were speaking english -a bar on the last floor Things I didnt like: -coffee during breakfast ( it was not good and there was even a queue for this poor coffee) -that in a 2 bedroom appt you only have 1 toilet( pretty annoying with a family of 5, kids included) -I gained weight due to the good food:-)

  holiday in mountains

  The hotel generally is OK. The rooms are clean and large enough. The apartment is quite comfortable for 4 people. Good for skiers. There is place where to leave the ski equipment and shuttles to bring you to the ski slopes. The food for breakfast and dinner is very good, rich, fresh, well prepared and diverse. The pool is a bit small for this large hotel and cannot fit so many people. The SPA area needs renovation, because there is a mold on the walls and the celling. The water in jacuzi seems to be not that clear.

  Nice hotel, with terrible staff

  The rooms were huge and spacious, but a bit out of date. Lack of furniture, especially the luggage space. They were clean. We didn't have any lamp in apartment, not even reading light, and small storage space that were in other apartments were missing. Upon request (3 times asked), we were provided with reading lights. TV in master bedroom is a disgrace, model from the last sanctuary, suitable for kiosks not for 4 star hotel room. We didn't use it. We used the spa facilities just once, although the water in a pool was quite dirty. The rooms were warm, and the food was excellent. Shuttle bus was convenient, but 2 vehicles is not enough for the amount of guests in a hotel. At the end the staff: Cleaning ladies were nice and helpful, and bell boys fine as well, but the rest of the staff were mainly terrible, especially the staff in restaurants and bars. Slow, unpleasant, they mostly don't care about the guests, no good day, thank you nor welcome for customers, they even don't say "thank you" when you tip them. Also everybody is speaking mostly Bulgarian, even though we as a Serbs mostly don't understand it. Even when you clearly continue in English although we don't understand, they continue in Bulgarian. I respect your culture and language, but you can't behave like that in tourism. Even on reception, they are mostly unpleasant, disinterest to provide information, and speaking Bulgarian most of the time, even though you clearly mark that you don't understand them. For any request you have to come 2, 3 times and to remind them. To conclude: The hotel  needs some refurbishing and improvement, but that is not that so hard, it is close to great one, but the staff and service needs deep reconstruction. This would be a great family skiing hotel with better staff, so please change them, or do some serious training in hospitality.

  Perfect

  Very big and clean rooms, breacfast and dinner was excelent . 200 meters from lift and free bus to malina ski slopes. Very kind staff they give us early check in and we won one day at the mountain We will be back next winter
