  A week's stay

  Just returned after a weeks stay. The hotel is lovely and clean. Due to covid, I had bed and breakfast, I personally there was a limited choice, I was advised the hotel has had to adapted, but all inclusive is available. This is part of Big Chef. The room was lovely, cleaned everyday. The only downside was my balcony door scraped on the floor and made noise opening and shutting. I had a room where you could smoke on the balcony. You must request this. I also had the full deluxe massage. My skin is still soft a week later. There is a gym, spa, swimming pool inside and out. There is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is on the main strip of Marmaris, so good access to shops, supermarkets, taxis and buses. I would recommend

  Lovely hotel

  The hotel was really nice, lovely facilities and always clean. The Big Chefs restaurant lets it down a bit, the breakfast was ok but nothing special. The pool was lovely and always clean. The hotel was taking all covid safe measures.

  Covid excursion

  Felt welcome as soon I rocked up, Remzii gave me the best room in his opinion ...which didn't fail to meet expectations with an epic panoramic view. Can't thank the lad enough, from helping to organise onward travel to sterling customer service. I'll be sad to leave

  We visited The Motto Premium for ten nights, two rooms, 510, 512...... all staff very friendly especially Ramz on Reception, always a lovely smile and professional when needed and a bit of cheeky boy thrown in....... Farty (Charlie), Sam and many others in the restaurant, were always helpful, quick with service and friendly...... Rooms, spacious, clean, tidy, went above and beyond for my Mums Birthday with towel art, flowers and wine..... thank you Breakfast Food in the restaurant on B&B style basic but plentiful, Evening meals fantastic, we ate on several occasions (hotel guests get 15% off) Defo be returning, thank you for an excellent trip

  Restaurant lets down excellent hotel

  We have stayed here many times and the restaurant which was one of the best in Marmaris has become merely functional . The dining experience is at best average but this evening it plumbed the depths of mediocrity. The quality of the food was good but there is no excuse for ones main course arriving before the starter has been cleared away. When tackled on this we were told that the kitchen thought this was what we wanted!!!! There was no attempt to rectify this via any discount and in reality it was totally counter productive. We had a bottle of wine and left the restaurant and returned to our room. Normally we may well have ordered a second bottle and had a dessert. Learn the lesson Motto! You are a service industry in a COVID climate- do not aggravate your customers.
