  Nice hotel for business at a good price

  I stayed for three nights and overall the hotel is clean, the staff are nice and my room had a water view. The rooms are a little dated, breakfast was included and not too bad. Overall I would stay here again.

  Jeju Hotel close to airport

  For a red eye flight, this hotel is a great choice as it is so close to the airport! Room is clean and comfy. Upgraded to a seaview room. We are here in April thats why they ban the use of air con in the room. During the day it could be a bit hot but just keep the door open to keep the ventilation. Casino is there but never used.

  Comfortable hotel in a great location

  Stayed there during Jeju international choir festival and symposium. Rooms were quite neat and tidy, however the light bulb in the closet was "living its own life" and sometimes didn't switch off or didn't light on at all. Also the silicon for the bathroom sink should be changed, since it looked like it might start to grow mold... Hopefully now closer to the tourist season these things are fixed. The breakfast was really good. Also the view from the windows was nice on both sides, as well as the location was very convenient for a midday stroll to the market or local sightseeing places. Casino on the first floor looked shiny, however it didn't seem to be widely used during our visit. Staff very welcoming and helpful!

  Good location

  The Jeju Oriental hotel is conveniently located close to bus stops, minutes from the ocean, seafood restaurants, the famous Black Pork Street, the Night Market, shopping and a great bakery called Antoinette! Only negative is that the AC isnt on until June and the rooms could use an update dirty carpet, stained walls and smelly bathtub. The front desk was not warm and friendly and werent too nice to foreigners which is not a good thing for a major hotel.

  Affordable Accommodation and close to Airport, otherwise this hotel has nothing to rave about...

  The Jeju Oriental hotel is conveniently located close to Jeju Aiport and only around 5 minutes drive and provide complimentary carpark for guests. It is centrally located and surrounded by good variety of restaurants and minutes walk to a supermarket. The down side that is there is no A/C during the month of May and all we had to open the windows for ventilation. With that in mind, all the bugs and mosquitoes flew inside the room which was not very pleasant. The rooms and hotel could use some renovation as the hardware were quite outdated and the carpet was quite dirty. Didn't dare to use the bathtub even though they had one. Also the front desk and housekeeping team were not friendly to foreigners and were not helpful when we tried to ask a simple question... and seemed that we were in their way for staying at their hotel. Will rather pay more to get better service and will not stay here ever again
