    Good location to access Disneyland

Hotel is near a stop for the Limousine Bus which takes about 40mins for Narita Airport, the bus doesn't stop at the hotel, so you have to walk for about a minute, which might be an issue if you have a lot of bags. There didn't seem to be any baggage handling staff. Staff are good and friendly. Rooms are a dated, but are still nice and clean. There are no english channels on the TV so make sure you bring something to read or watch. The Disney shuttle buses runs from this hotel all the time which is great. There are washing/drying machines near the lobby which is great, but make sure you take some coins. I would try to get the breakfast included, as it seemed easier to eat at the hotel. There is a Family Mart attached to the hotel is which handy. After 2days at Disneyland we moved to a more central hotel.

    Good for families but outdated

Check in was fast, but in a brisk manner ie no warmth or any friendliness. No security access needed for lift. Anyone can simply press any level and head upstairs. Laundry room is on level 2 aka lobby, next to Disney store. Not the best location if youre thinking to head down in PJs! Also all instructions are in Japanese. They need to consider tourism, whereby English or even basic numbering would be helpful. 500¥ for washer (45-60mins) and 200¥ (per 10mins) for dryer. Youll need at least 3hrs at high temp for your clothes to dry fully so be prepared to use the coin changer located within the same area. Room corridor walkway carpet and room carpet are very dated. Likewise for all the wood furniture. Room layout was with bed facing window, doesnt allow usual access to tv angle as its on your right next to the dressing table mirror. Severe of plugs in the room. Only two are of convenient reach and both are on the dressing table. The next is located in the bathroom for hairdryer (which is a little too close to the sink by the way, a potential safety hazard), followed by last one near room door entrance (presumably for housekeeping to use for their vacuum). Can definitely do with more socket points! Bathroom amenities are well provided. With nice hot functional shower. Shower curtain looks clean too. Housekeeping was good. Pick this hotel for its location to station, nearby malls for food and proximity to Disney theme parks (free shuttle is available too but we only took once it dropped us off at the other hotel in front this one), as well as nearby malls.

Lovely Baby Sweet & Kiddy Sweet rooms (Dec 2019)

We (2adults 2 kids) stayed in two types of rooms first was Babys Sweet - Marron (via booking.com) room (rm no. 1114): bed is on elevated ground, sofa bed, has space for children to move around, a microwave to reheat food for toddlers. The shower tub and bidet are together in one room. DHC shower shampoo; conditioner and body foam, toothbrushes; razor; cotton buds; wet tissues and bath salts were provided :). Theres a sliding door which closes to separate the sleeping area from shower/toilet. Small fridge, tv, humidifier, feet massager, kettle, cups and instant coffee provided. Wardrobe may look small but fitted all of our jackets during winter. Second room we stayed was Kiddy Sweet - Mille Feuille room (rm no. 1228) which is more spacious than Marron room. The beds were also on elevated floor (saves us the worries of children falling off high beds); an even more comfortable sofa facing the tv with a cute coffee table where children eat snacks). This room is much more spacious for all to move around. We could open 2 luggage or more at same time. There is separate bathtub/ shower room from the bidet; also the basin for tooth brushing/hand wash is separate from shower and bidet. There is no microwave nor any wardrobe but there are hooks for hanging jackets which worked out fine for us. Both rooms were much more spacious than the Triple room we had stayed before two years ago. The hotel is - next to Urayasu Brighton Hotel Tokyo Bay - a stone throw away from Aeon mall where there are restaurants, MacD and other fast food restaurants, supermarket with food court and shops. - less than 5 mins sheltered walk from Shin- Urayasu train station - Atre mall is right at the train station (a small section selling Afternoon Tea goods) - Airport Limousine bus stop (arriving from both airports) is about 5 mins or so, theres a slope/ramp for those with luggage to reach the hotel lobby. This ramp/slope leads to both hotels Urayasu Brighton and Oriental Tokyo Bay). To take airport limousine bus to both Haneda & Narita airports, either cross the traffic junction or walk along the sheltered bridge towards Shin-Urayasu train station until you see an elevator on the left side at end of bridge. Take the elevator down with your luggage to ground floor and turn right to walk towards the pavement that is along the main road. As you walk along the pavement, you will reach the traffic junction, turn right and the airport bus stop is a few meters ahead. A airport limousine bus staff was stationed there to help/manage the queue. You pay the bus driver when you board the bus towards airport. - provides free shuttle bus service to Tokyo Disney sea and land parks (time schedule is available in their website). There was no queue for it when we took it in the morning 8am, a short queue when we took it at 10pm to return to hotel. The shuttle bus stop at Disney parks are a bit of walk to the main gantries into the parks. - can purchase Tokyo Disney parks tickets at the hotel but note that the tickets will only be an A4 black/white printout. Unlike the cute Disney ticket (card size) you will get if staying at Tokyo Disneyland hotel. - breakfast buffet at a few is available however we did not dined in as it was not offered in Grand Cinq whereby we had dined in before during our previous stay. - Lawson convenience store is right at the hotel, there is an ATM inside. - Disney store is also in the hotel for last minutes Omiage/souvenir shopping. - coin operated laundry machines are also available (details online) The whole journey from Shin-Urayasu station to Shibuya/ Shinjuku can be pretty long and tiring as we had to walk quite a distance to transfer trains at Tokyo Station. The front desk staff used an electronic device to translate what they wanted to convey from Japanese to English. Despite a little poor in customer service during check-in, we loved both rooms especially Mille feuille room and would want to return just to stay here again especially when we are visiting Tokyo Disney parks too.
