  Orient apart hotel

  Just back from a week stay at this hotel(well I wouldnt call it a hotel)it was horrible and dirty, there was stains all over the single beds and mouldy pillows, the fridge was filthy and stale food behind it( I pulled the fridge out so the cleaners would see it and they just pushed it back) but on the last day they actually cleaned it up,the man behind the bar was very nice but the others only had time for the German visitors,I know you only expect to get what you pay for but they could make an effort to look after it, as for the food we couldnt eat it so we ate out at the golden fizz whos food was fantastic and the keeps which was lovely to, the staff at them 2 restraunts are so polite and friendly.our balcony had 2 plastic chairs, one with the back broken and the other with the back broken, the bin in the dining/bedroom was split across the top on the lid

  Basic 3 star accommodation with basic food.

  I have based my review on the basis that is it a 3 star accommodation, so to live up to 3 stars it needs 10 out of 10 below. Staff: 8 out of 10 The staff were generally friendly and pleasant, especially the restaurant manager, Michael. However, communication in English was difficult and the they could be inattentive a lot of the time with getting served meant waiting some time. Accommodation: 7 out of 10 Had a double and a single bed, Shower had missing parts for holding soap, etc. Toilet was right up against shower, so that anyone who had large legs would find the knee up to their chin! Refrigerator was too small to fit anything but small bottle of water in it; Also, rusty on bottom. The light fitting was hanging down. I did not report this, as all the rooms were similar. It was cleaned every day, though I do not believe the sheets were changed in the whole week. It did have a balcony with 2 plastic chairs and a small plastic table. Restaurant: 5 out of 10 Food was generally good quality, but limited when half board included buffet for dinner. Breakfast. Consisted of cold foods, such as processed meat, fruit, etc. and boiled egg every day with one addition hot option, usually egg based. Dinner: The same cold food options every day with a soup and 4 hot options available on the buffet.

  Worse holiday ever

  Friend and myself came here fo a two week holiday we both work hard we paid over £1400 for the holiday which was based on half board. The room was ok but there is no tea making facility the only bin we had was a very small one and that was in the bathroom. The food where do I start well wouldnt give it to my dog we couldnt choose what we wanted it was what was there is what we got no choice unless you paid for something off the menu wasnt telling us what so we didnt know what we eating could have anything,it was and on our second day I was ill. I would not recommend this at all, trust me I wont be back.

  Great 3 Star hotel

  Stayed here for a week in October 2019 half board. The room was clean as was the en-suite shower and toilet. Breakfast and evening meal food was tasty. As it was out of season we had the pool to ourselves most days. The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a really nice little find and we shall be returning.

  Cannot recommendet

  Very noisy, musik till middle night.. Terrible chef , very agressive , dont speak English or Russian, and argue with clien , when he asking not overcooking omlet or wanna choise other piece of meet .. Very poor breackfast ( nothing for desert, at evening also)- only bread!no any fruit ( sone time apple for dinner). No hot chocolate in the coffee machine.. On dinner many not fresh food with bad smell ( like rise 27/08 or tomat 28/08)..have to be careful.. Late breakfast (8-10), no lunch box. No soap, no schampoo, no gel. Sorry , but in 3 stars hotel it must be
