There are both good and bad things.First of all - Do not be fooled by the name, service is only done once every seven days - and that is if you live up to seven days, I called for housekeeping to help with some maintenance(this place sure lacks of Maintenance so be cautious) and they did not come until the day I am checking out. There is a open kitchen including all the needs to cook and eat, including pots, coffee makers, toasters, a large fridge, dishwasher, a microwave and a oven plus bowls, plates and more, however these may be dirty so keep in mind before using them. There are two washing machines which are hidden in one of the big cabinets along with heaters in the winter. As for the bathroom, the amenities are all there including shampoo, soap and towels however these may not be enough for over two people as they are not restocked until seven days after. If you are going to be using the Wi-Fi in the room, keep in mind the speed is not so fast and the Wi-Fi may not be detectable from some devices, as for TV watchers the international channels are accessible via a application in the TV but it's not so smooth either. As for location, it is a easy 5 min walk from the nearest Glen Waverley Station and the shopping malls nearby, whilst the road is full of cars it still may be dangerous at night, so take the detour through the restaurants and bars after evening falls. There is no reception over here so depending on case by case situation you may be required to collect your key from the safe outside or at the Reception of the Waverley International Hotel which is a distance away. If you are driving over here you are allocated a parking space inside the garage which you will be given a key to enter. Lifts access all floors including the ground floor and the basement car park. In general, if you are planning to visit Melbourne and live in the suburbs thinking it's more quiet over here - the road outside is quite busy especially during weekends. But if you aren't planning to spend the whole length of your trip sleeping in the hotel then, why not? (Provided you are not so messy since room service only comes around once a week)

Good sized 2 bedrooms aptGreat location, walking distance to the restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen and very spacious apt. Parking in included but just make sure to pick up the keys from a different location. We love our stay with only one problem, one of the shower door was missing a screw so it's actually quite dangerous. Although they sent a maintenance guy the same day, we couldn't use the shower for a good 2 days so the silicone would dry. We paid extra for 2 beds 2 baths for a reason but no offer to compensate our trouble.

Convenient locationA great spot close to the Glen Waverley train station and shopping centre. The apartment was okay but had minimal types of crockery(no bread and butter plates, or mugs). The place needed a good spring clean and in the 10 days we were there we did not get the full clean after 7 days as per the policy.

Good locationThe Orange Serviced Apartments is managed by the Waverly International Hotel, where you pick up the keys during check in. It's a refurbished house, not that large, thus there are only 10 or so apartments. We had a problem with the fuse tripping 5 times the first night of our stay. We immediately reported the problem through a phone call (at 11pm), and the responding staff member reassured us that maintenance would come by the next day. He also offered for us to switch to another apartment, but as it was late at night and we were tired, we decline the offer. Through our experience, it seems that demanding appliances such as the washing machine or the hairdryer cannot be switched on at the same time. Additionally, there seems to be a problem with the "oven isolation". We didn't run into any problems the second day, and this was a problem only limited to a single apartment. The appliances are quite average, perhaps affecting electrical consumption and the issue with the fuse. The kitchen is well stocked, with coffee maker, kettle, tea, pots etc. The serviced apartments are located near Kingsway Street, where there are many restaurants open till late. There is also an Ibis hotel located nearby. There is a 2.2m height limit for the underground parking, but owners of taller vehicles can park in the parking lot directly across the street.
