  High quality, comfortable hotel

  We stayed one night in this hotel in a junior suite. The suite was impeccable, clean and comfortable : a large room, large bathroom, free wifi, TV, microwave, and so on. Very quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate building - we were directed by fellow guests. Again impeccable, wide choice, perfect quality. Close to the water, in a rural area, part of Roermond. Will satisfy the most demanding guests.

  what a quiet place

  The hotel is situated few kilometers from Roermond, not really in a walking distance, but still nearby. Especially suitable for those who like quiet environment. The equipment of the hotel room is not new anymore, but is good and the rooms are huge! Parking big enough. Staff friendly.

  It's the staff that make a hotel

  and here they were pretty excellent; pro-actively helpful, engaging, amusing. Junior suite large and spacious altho looking a tad weary. Evening meal huge quantity-wise but OK; no complaints. At breakfast superb to-order scrambled eggs and spek cooked by the waitress. Impeccable. Very dog friendly. If you're a windsufer bring your board. The lake in front of the hotel is big enough to get some wind but gusty. Note that the check-in/restaurant//bar is 100m from the bedroom building. But you have to check-out at the bedroom building. So, park in the car park opposite the bedroom annex, leave your luggage in the car and walk up to check-in.

  Excellent value for money, great location

  Great location to visit the surrounding area of Roermond. Close to the highway, but also ideal for making tours by bike (10 minutes to the city centre). Very large rooms, free parking facilities, good breakfast.

  Very nice hotel convenient near Roermond

  This hotel is conveniently located and is a 12 minutes drive from the outlet Roermond. Note that the building with the ooms and reception are in different buildings. There is enough (free) parking space available. We had a junior suite. The suite is 1 large room with a living room that is separated from the bedroom by a long cupboard with tv, fridge, coffee facilities and space for clothes. The only thing I did not like was the carpet that was a bit worn out. The big bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. There was a small place outside the room in the garden with two stairs to sit. So a lot of space. The service of the staff was excellent. They helped us with our luggage and move the bed because we wanted the bed in a different place. We also ate at their restaurant, at their terrace. The food was well prepared and we had the local beef stew (zuurvlees). There is also a beach club where you can sit at the water and have dinner. The next morning we had breakfast and they prepared us eggs. They also baked fresh gluten free bread for my friend. Next time we go to Roermond we will definitely come back to this hotel.
