TOO DIRTY!!!Worst hotel ever. Too dirty. I can't believe they can be full house. Even if the price is low, it's non ethical to not maintaining a clean condition for customer. The place and room looks and feel like they didn't clean it properly for years and it's makes my body itches. Please think twice before u book it unless u want the worst experience in Kota Bahru.

Disgusting placeThis is the most disgusting room iv ever seen we check in the receptionist gave us our key it all looks nice till you go up the stairs and see the filthy carpets they were so bad! The room was worse filthy carpets smelling of smoke. Big stains all over bedding stains all over walls and food on mirrors! Bathroom was full of mould and shower full of rust! It was revolting so I went straight back downstairs and asked for a refund! This place needs a health hazard warning!

Dirty, smells weird and noisyIf I could give it a lower rating I would. This place hardly deserves any stars at all. As a mother to an infant at the time, I felt so sorry I let my baby stay in such unsanitary conditions. We stayed here to visit relatives for Eid. We have been here before long ago when it first opened and it was not bad; so we didn't think twice about the place. But obviously it has gone downhill since then. First of all, it struck us as odd when we were handed towels at the counter after paying with strict instructions to return them when we checked out. When we asked why, they simply said their towels often get taken by guests. (Later, while in search of the iron and ironing board, I found a storage room door open with folded on the floor... ewww.) Then on the way to the room, the carpets looked so worn out and torn and the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. And when we opened the room door, we were greeted by a horrible smell which smelled like rat urine. And that's not all, upon entering the room, we found some lights that barely worked, dirty floors and a bed with stained sheets. We would have left if we weren't so tired from our travels and paid the price in full (they told us no refunds - probably because of all the bad reviews). My poor infant son had to sleep in such dirty conditions. To add insult to injury, we could barely sleep that night because youths on motorcycles were racing all around the block until the wee hours of the morning. It apparently has been going on regularly and I am amazed that no one has called the police to take action. They were also playing with fireworks on top of the racing. One might argue that I shouldn't expect much from a budget hotel, but I beg to differ. Budget prices do not mean the management can be lax in ensuring cleanliness. After all, an unclean property would deter customers entirely. Also, I have been to budgets hotels with a much lower rate and they were absolutely clean. In fact, I checked out the next day and took another hotel that was cheaper and miles better than One Station. I suppose the only saving grace is the location itself. The hotel is located in a row of shoplots that has a 7-11, clothing stores, restaurants, etc and Tesco is directly in front of it. Aeon Mall is also within walking distance. I would think this is the only reason one would stay here, Otherwise, please stay away. I only hope that this hotel would change management and/or improve itself. Otherwise it's absolutely cheating people out of their money because this place does not deserve to be called a hotel.
