Two star at mostNice view of sea but that's it sadly. Whole place needs renovating urgently walking on old wood round pool and sides of pool which is dirty and uneven. All paths uneven and lots of people tripping over . Restaurant omg where do I start as never in 25 years of all inclusive have I experienced such crap food, same food every day. Luckily bread was fresh. Scrambled eggs or boiled was the choice, and of course a salad and one type of cheese. No self serve as expected but the staff looked miserable and hardly no english spoken. Mostly Russian and turkish guests so hardly the happiest people. Bar at snack bar was quick and choice not bad, but no atmosphere. If it wasnt for finding s dozen other English guests it would have been more if a struggle. No beach , just sun loungers by waterfront. Shops in site very small and limited so supermarkets 20 minutes down by busy dual carriageway. Taxis cheap thank goodness to town centre, which is full of great bars and restaurants where we had to go every evening as dinner was the same every night and if you're vegetarian it's just rice and salad. Opted for superior room but even that was old fashioned and floor never got cleaned, but did get fresh towels and bedding most days .Great weather tho and great company thankfully.

Terrible resortI will start by giving an overall summary of the hotel. It is dangerous, has terrible food, poor accommodation, rude staff and I would not recommend anybody staying here. For a more detailed explanation of our experience please read on........ The negatives Wrong room given upon arrival (twin). We were moved to a double the next day after waiting for somebody to check out. New room had a double bed, however mattresses are rock hard, the air conditioner leaked and dripped onto the floor during the night, our toilet leaked continuously to such an extent we had to wear flip flops to go to the toilet to avoid standing in "toilet water". We reported the leaking toilet on numerous occasions to reception, each time we were told "I'll make a note of it" ultimately no action was taken and we endured the leaky toilet for the duration of the holiday. Just to finish off the room issues, there were only 2 English channels available on the TV and the minibar consisted of 2 bottles of water which we had to collect from outside every day. Outside of the room there were numerous issues with the hotel facilities. I will try and keep this short and list them below in no particular order. WI-FI - Unavailable in rooms, however even in communal areas it was unusable. We had to go down town to fill out online forms in a restaurant prior to our return to the UK. Gym - We identified the room previously used as a gym, however it was closed and all machines were stacked up in the corner. Pool area - Dangerous uneven and bouncy decking, edge of pool is also clad in decking boards with rusty and protruding screws. I ended up breaking a toe on the uneven decking on our final day. Pool bar - similar to the gym, the signed "pool bar" was no such thing and was being used to hand out beach towels. Snack bar - Snacks were limited to pizza, burgers and fries. Generally cold fries and pre-cooked re-heated oily burgers with no salad or cheese. Unfortunately this was probably the best food on the resort. The hotel beach - Probably better described as a seaweed infested mud flat. The beach can hardly be classified as one as it is only around a 1m wide strip of land between the hotel wall and the sea. It is dirty with rubbish and scattered with the remnants of breakfast thrown from the restaurant patio area by both staff and the mostly Russian guests who made up the majority of those staying in the hotel. The hotel also advertises and shows pictures of cabanas located on the "beach". However these do not exist and have clearly not existed for many years. Bar/Hotel staff - As mentioned above, this hotel catered for mostly Russian guests. The majority of the staff did not speak English and favoured serving the Russian guests who had no concept of queuing. We were totally ignored on numerous occasions by particular bar staff. Hotel restaurant - The queuing problems continued whilst within the restaurant area. Any gap that was left by us to maintain some form of social distancing was swiftly filled by our non-queuing fellow guests. The food within the restaurant is terrible and the menu does not change. Breakfast is eggs... boiled, scrambled or scrambled with peppers in it along with chopped up hot dog sausages. There is also some salad items and bread available. Lunch and dinner are fairly similar with the hot plate offering a base of plain rice, some form of bolognaise type sauce with potato, dry chicken and the most tasteless koftee type meat pieces. Soup and bread along with salad and plain cheese are also available but equally tasteless. They also dish out a number of colourful and quite good looking deserts at lunch and dinner, however again these all lack any flavour. Entertainment - Entertainment was dished out by a 2 man animation team which consisted of daily exercise routine and either a darts or table tennis competition. Night time entertainment was fairly non-existent. They would put the music and lights on for the kids to jump around to however there was nothing to see in the way of acts or show performances. Spa/shopping parade - The hotel advertises having an on site spa, however this facility was closed for the duration of our stay. There is one shop and a hairdresser on site. The shop has very limited stock and there were also poor reports from those who used the hairdresser as it being poor quality and expensive. Holiday rep - You may be reading all of this thinking why did'nt you mention this to your holiday rep. Our Regal Travel rep turned up on day one and was not interested in listening to our issues. To him, his job was to purely peddle his list of expensive excursions. The positives Please do not let this hotel put you off coming to Turkey or the area of Kusadasi. Outside of the hotel area the local people are wonderful. There are some brilliant places to see and explore and the weather was fantastic. We would definately visit Turkey again however we would probably give all inclusive a miss and budget to eat out. How anybody could rate this hotel is beyond me. Please do not come here!

Shockingly poor -STRAP IN!!We booked a 10 day holiday to Turkey from 23rd of sept 2020. After looking at what the 'Omer holiday Resort' had to offer,(photo's, write up and reviews prior to our visit) we decided that we would book our stay there. EPIC FAIL! Where to begin.... Rooms.. ok although the Omer claims to be a 4star resort I can 100% say with confidence IT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! We wernt expecting out of this world. We wernt expecting 5star.. however we did expect BASIC! We can live with flat basic but it wasn't even that. After a room change (they put us in the wrong room on arrival (their mistake) which wasn't a massive issue for one night, we moved to the new room for day 2. 1st thing we noticed as we walked in was the curtains were hanging off the rails at one end.. ok.. its not the end of the world. Then we noticed was the floor. This looked absolutely filthy and the laminate was old, chipped and in need of replacing. Again... we figured they'd come and clean the floor at some point. NOPE! the floor wasn't actually dirty but was so badly damaged it had big black marks all over it as a permanent feature. The fridge/mini bar - rusty, cracked and leaked and overheated so much that it woke me up with the smell of melting plastic during the night. The minibar boasts... 2 bottles of water per day which is left outside the room door for you to collect out of the hot sun to put into the leaky overheated fridge. The toilet - the bathroom floor was wet on arrival in the room which we pressured was from recently being mopped.... NOPE! we quickly discovered that the every filling floor of water was coming from the loo! We complained repeatedly to reception that we had to wear flip flops into the bathroom just to use the loo, due to the amount of water flooding onto the floor. We were told on each occasion that "we will make a note of it". 8 days of flooded floor later and it still hadn't been seen too. AIR CONDITIONTING - filthy brown drops of water dropped throughout the night for the duration of our stay. 2 English channels - CNN & BBC NEWS. WiFi in rooms - zero WiFi in communal area reception/lobby - for me zero, for my partner it dropped out after max of 2 minutes of use. Or when the lobby was busy he couldn't get any at all either. Eventually we went into town for filling out the forms for travelling back to the UK. ENTERTAINMENT - 2 men playing tunes from a music centre type set up for kids. KIDS PLAY AREA- taped off our entire duration. TABLE TENNIS -1 or 2 (depending how many they put out that day)tables with sagging nets... borstal stylie! DART BOARD - 20 people in a line to play with the 'entertainments team'. GYM - 3 or 4 items of gym equipment unplugged and pushed into a locked hallway. GYM ROOM - locked. TURKISH SPA - locked for duration. ON SITE SHOP - see pics looked looted. BEACH - hmm.. 1 metre of rubbish/floating food infested rubble filled sort-of-sand,with many rusty metal poles sticking out of the water along the way. CABANAS AS ADVERTISED -None existent. Not one and its unlikely there has been any for many years. POOL BAR -Bit dry... thats due to the pool bar being a hut that they lend you towels from. SUNBEDS - plastic cracked, zero of the lovely comfy green covers you see in the pic. We saw 2 different ppl sit on a sun bed and 2 different times only to watch the whole thing collapse. POOL - Now credit where its due. The pool is fine in the water. HOWEVER.. you risk life and limb getting to the pool when crossing the uneven broken, bouncing, rotting deck boards which have rusty screws sticking out. If you make it as far as the astro turf (yes the strip of astro turf screwed to deck around the pool) then you're halfway there. BUT unfortunately you then have to cross the slimey, slippery loose and rotting decks that edge the pool! The pool ladders are only secured at the top so using those is again somewhat un nerving. On our last day we went jet skiing. All good until we were walking back to the Upper decking and my partner broke his toe on the bouncing uneven decks!!! FOOD -........ see pics.... There are no words to explain how hideously poor the food is. Suffice to say by day 3 I was convinced I may have covid 19 and I couldn't taste a thing!! Turns out nor could anyone else. Dumped on plates by rude uninterested staff. Or grabbed by hands with gloves then dumped onto plates. Almost NONE of the food had any description of what was in it so God forbid you had an allergy. You couldn't even ask the staff because few spoke any English. SNACKS DURING DAY.. See pics... it didn't change for 10 days @ twice a day. What is in the picture was Rank burger and COLD Chips END OF! STAFF- Rude (except Baris.he works hard and although no English spoken by him he still managed to be polite the whole time!) BARS - flimsy plastic party cups given for all drinks except once. Never thought I would be so excited about being given an actual glass like I was on one occasion! Bars are also scruffy and dirty. REP - Useless. 1 was Not interested in helping us with any of our issues only interested in selling us trips. The 2nd replied "you should have read the trip advisor reviews!" ... WE DID! the most recent prior to us booking was 1 week before who claimed it was great! - How bad can a place be after 1 week right?? For the record.. we spent 8 hours in total on a coach to see Pumakale which itself was lovely but sadly we DID NOT get the trip we had been sold. And the horse safari is bordering on cruel, AGAIN NOT anything like the rep sold us! Leaving the resort to do our own thing was the when we got to see the real Turkey. And it TURKEY itself was great as were the locals. PRO'S - WEATHER AMAZING. ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OMER! MURPHYS RESTURAUNT. I can only upload 10 photos so tried to post a bit of everything. Save you're money and stay well away from this place.
