  Great service. Really friendly staff. Clean and great location for convention events. Plenty of social seating and the lobby bar had good drinks and really good service as well. The rooms were comfortable.

  A suite getaway

  Stayed here to get away from the home front. Rarely get downtown and this Marriott is walking distance to all! Best place to use suite night rewards if you have them from Marriott Bonvoy. The king executive suite is larger than most downtown apartments. I was impressed with the cleanliness. Nice touch was a small table in the elevator with tissues above / wastebasket below - great way to keep fingers clean touching buttons. I used mobile checkin and was a bit confused re: amenities for platinum and higher - William at the front desk was stellar when we had questions. Hoping the lounges open soon. The public lounge downstairs (burdock&bitters)makes amazing cocktails as I recall from trips past. The executive lounge is one of the best Ive been to - also from trips past. Rumors tho both will reopen soon. In all - service is excellent - rooms are great (exec suite has 1.5 bathrooms - ideal for some couples) location is great. Steps away from the CHI center and just a few blocks from the Old Market. Theres a shuttle to take you places nearby although we did not use as the weather during this jaunt was phenomenal. Will be back again!

  What a fantastic example of how hospitality should be done!

  I am a frequent traveler. Covid has slowed that down, but not put it to rest completely. I have clients in the Omaha area and this hotel came up as a recommendation on my recent trip. From the minute I walked in the door until I left days later, I felt like this Marriott, this team was here to make my stay not just enjoyable but also fun. From check-in to the fantastically attentive service in the lounge, everything was perfect. I would like to give a very special thank you and shout-out of appreciation to Jamie. She is a ROCKSTAR! Jokingly, my travel party referred to her as the hardest and most attentive working associate in the Marriott! She cared for every need we had while sitting in the bar. She went well above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The entire staff, from front desk to shuttle driver exceeded my expectations during my visit. I will most certainly book here again when I am back in the area. Marriott - this is the template from which you should build your other properties. Well done!

  Fabulous Time in Omaha!

  My Wife and I traveled to Omaha and let me tell you. Some of the best customer service Ive ever had. Sam At the front desk-worldly guy. Great recommendation of places to go/eat. Great place to stay!

  I want to take this time, to inform the Marriott Management, of an employee who is by far, the finest example of Customer Service I have run into..perhaps ever! Sam Ashford in The Downtown Omaha Marriott is outstanding. I could only expect Sam's type of service and caring attentiveness to my needs,...from a Marriott Owner / CEO, or if Sam was a Member of The Marriott family himself. Just such a pleasant young man. I'm in The Wind Energy Business and will be coming to Omaha often. I will not only be sure to stay at The Downtown Omaha Marriott, I will recommend The Marriott and Sam to my business partners and others as well. Sam is an excellent representative of your Hotel Brand, Sam meets me right at The Door, with a warm greeting. I feel comfortable right off the bat and know I will not be inconvenienced with any hassles after a long tiring day. L.G.
