  Needs WORK!!!!

  We were optimistic about this place but after the first night we couldn't take it any more we had to leave, there is a lot of work that needs to be done. The double room with a double bed(number 7) is far from double.. the bed is small and the duvet even smaller, the room was really dusty... despite booking early, even the bottles of water in the rooms had a layer of dust. We were asked for our breakfast order the previous night and what we got in the morning was totally different and on asking what happened, the lady serving us insisted she knew the order we made she was were not present when we arrived or made the order but wouldn't listen, some utensils used to serve breakfast had dust on them which was just the final blow ....the pictures on the website of the rooms and what is actually there do not tally. Maybe it was just an off day all round the day we were there but this place needs an injection of effort and to step up.

  Amazingggg!!

  Fully recommended if you are travelling to Tanzania and you need to have a night in Nairobi, or to visit Nairobi and surrounding areas, or if you are just there for holiday and relaxing. I've been 17 nights with my partner and has been short. We didn't want to leave. The food was delicious, the staff amazing (now we have a second family, thank you to you all). Also you can celebrate meetings or parties, like we did two times with a big family group, children enjoy loads in the playing area, and the pool!! I've been very comfortable and now I miss the place and the staff! Also good to know that all the profits go to help the Imani kids in Ngong orphanage. If you travel there, don't miss it!

  Not what is advertised

  The place has potential if properly run. Service is poor.waiters are not professional. Place is run down. Ordered a buffet meal for the family during Christmas and 6 hours later it was not ready. Ended up leaving without.
