  Amazing host!

  We stayed at Olive Grove for a week and I have to say Maria, the owner is one of the best host I have come across in my life. She will always speak to you with a smile on her face and will help with whatever you need. The hotel is quiet with a nice swimming pool, a lovely 2000 years old olive tree in the middle and breakfasts are amazingly prepared by Ana! We have had the room number 16 with an incredible king size bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are modern and clean. The location is also amazing, close to the airport, to Argostoli the capital where youll find good restaurants, and lovely beaches. You can reach the North and the East of the island within an hour. We are definitely recommending this place!

  Just arrived back from 21 unbelievable nights at the olive grove really wished we could of stopped much much longer. This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and it truly is the best hotel in the world. A huge thank you to Miss Maria, Mr Costas, Anna, the manager Hugo, Lennie, Ali, and all the cleaning ladies. If you are thinking of booking the olive grove don't hesitate you will not be disappointed. There are a few restaurants nearby but the food at the pool bar is as good if not better than all of them. A huge huge thank you to Phil and Kathy once again for their friendship and hospitality. We can not wait to see you all again next year. Thank you all so so much for making our holiday so wonderful.   Enjoyed every minute of it (almost).

  Just returned from 11 nights in Olive Grove studios and we had a great time (except when the extreme weather kicked in ). We had hot sunshine, a Medicane, and a spectacular thunderstorm. There were periods with no power or water. We also had no pool bar roof at one point. Yet , we still loved it. Lovely studios around a great pool area. Very good food and drinks at the pool bar. The owners and staff will become as friends and family. It was a shame that not all the local tavernas were open, due to COVID-19, but we still ate very well in the ones that were open. It was a laugh, and an experience we will never forget. Will definitely return to Olive Grove. Jim & Angie, room 46.

  Just arrived back from this amazing place. Such friendly people. Felt very safe in these strange times. Apartment was spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Never been here before but will definitely return. Amazing holiday

  I spent 14 blissful nights at these lovely apartments 26/09/20 to10/10/20 . The rooms , grounds and pool area are meticulously clean and well kept What I can't emphasize enough is how the staff make your stay one you will never forget. This was my first time to these apartments but believe me it won't be my last!! I was greeted by the lovely Anna who I must say worked tirelessly at the pool bar and her knowledge of the area ,her people person skills are second to none, Anna Introduced me to Hugo (manager) and mrs Maria the lovely owner, also in the evening Katalina works at the bar, again a lovely lady with a good humor.These people are now my best friends as I was treated as part of their family. Now the area : Svoronata is a very quite, laid back area (as is most of Kefalonia) there is a supermarket 5mins stroll , several restaurants ranging from 2mins walk to 25mins. There are several beautiful beaches all in walking distance. You can sit and chill round the three pools and just relax. If like me, you like to explore you will need to hire transportation.This can be arranged for you by the staff as at very good rates.( nothing is too much trouble for these people, they will move mountains to make your stay stress free) The bar also serves food which is very reasonable priced. I chose to eat and the bar every night as the food was excellent, mrs Maria would surprise me every night with home cooked authentic dishes which were awesome and plentiful. I was even treated to surprise Birthday cake !! If you are considering booking a stay here you won't be disappointed I assure you. They practice Covid rules here and throughout the island and it shows they have it right as Kefalonia has had only 1case since the beginning of this epidemic so I have never felt safer. Mrs Maria, Anna, Hugo, Katalina and the rest of your team, Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for making my stay so memorable, God willing see you next year
