  Great stay for a short business trip

  Closer to a small hamlet for shops and restaurants and walkable distance to InfoPark Phase1. Nice hotel with good breakfast. Comfortable stay with good service and nothing more to say to fit in 200 characters in this box

  Highly professional staff and great stay!

  It was a great welcome in the early morning when we reach the hotel.Still i remember the gentlemen name Mr.Girish who from the front desk have great hospitality with a great attitude. Unfourtunatly our rooms was not ready in the early morning it was a hectic travel from mumbai to kochi and i have to be attend a official conference at info park but this person helped us to check in very fast and too courtious. Room which provided is superb and spacious,good food,services all excellent.Thanks.

  Nice stay

  It was a very nice stay in Hotel Olive Eva. The staffs were very courteous. The breakfast buffet was very good with variety of dishes. Room was very neat and tidy. The housekeeping staffs were always available and connected. Very near to Infopark Kochi.

  Comfortable stay

  Placed close to the infopark. Good hospitality. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and food is of above average quality. The rooms are equipped with smart device with which we can operate all electrical systems from our bedside. Things that can be improved: The wifi security protocol is outdated, hence not acceptable. And many new machines wont allow to connect with it due to security reasons. They should update Wifi security protocol. The breakfast timing is too short. It should be extended at-least upto 10 30 am. Thats the standard practice on most hotels.

  Fancy middle - tier hotel but poor service

  Wifi almost nonexistent. Construction going on outside our door early in the morning. Called the reception and it took them half an hour to make it stop. Finally got some much - needed sleep and two hours later, we were awakened by the telephone ringing. Reception called to ask 'if we were still sleeping', which is weird and answerable already by the fact that we answered the telephone.
