  New Renovation Impoverishments

  The Hotel Oliva has always been good, but the new, hotel renovation improvements make it great. The staff is very cordial and aims to please in every way. We enjoyed every stay here and plan to keep coming back.

  Right where you want to be

  Hotel is well situated close to downtown and the airbase. Close by are three to four really good restaurants and pizza places that will make you forget same ones in the states. Just be advised that a lot of restaurants don't open until 1830. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Ask if you can get a room on top floor.

  The Place to stay in Aviano

  The Hotel was the best!! Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. They went the extra mile in taking care of all our needs. If we ever get the opportunity to return to Aviano Hotel Oliva is where we will stay. We highly recommend this wonderful establishment!!

  Just right!

  I stayed for 4 nights while visiting my son whos stationed on the Air Force base about 15 minutes away. The room was small...but perfect for my needs, super clean, had a mini fridge, a small grocery store nearby, a bar, good breakfast selection... but by far, the best was the amazing staff. So helpful and friendly. Elisa was there when I checked in. I honestly thought she lived there. She made an impact. With her professionalism and demeanor. She was always smiling and so helpful! We ended up asking for a last minute room for my son (for 3 nights) they were so accommodating, I will definitely be back!

  The place to stay in Aviano

  I stayed here for 21 days as part of my TLQ while house hunting near by. I am a contractor from the USA and this was where I was placed. I enjoyed everything about being here. The staff are kind and speak good English. The daily breakfast is buffet style is included in the price of your nightly bill. They have an open use grill in the back I used often. They have a small bar and lunch area adjacent of the front desk for coffee, sandwiches, tea, desserts and wine. I only wish my room had a kitchen and larger fridge. That was the one hard part I fought with during my stay not being able to store or cook much. The fridge was small and no in room mircowave. Each floor does have one however. Rooms are well controlled for temp, nice windows, nice bathrooms. Maid service keeps rooms spotless and clean as well every day. The lounge area on ground floor is nice to chill out and relax, watch tv etc. Having a nice well known authentic restaurant next door was also very convenient of course for a brand new person in town like I was. The hotel is well located in Aviano to walk to everything and under 10 minutes drive to area F on base. Even closer to area 1.
