Worst hotel ever!Do not stay here unless you want a room with no air condition available while the temperature is +35C degrees outside! So many bugs inside the room and the hotel is so old and dirty! When we arrived our room was not cleaned and there was no electricity!! The location for this hotel is also terrible! You will have to spend money on either renting a car or paying for taxi in order to get to downtown Faliraki or the beach! After seeing how dirty and hot the room was we told the owner that this is unacceptable treatment of guests and that we are not staying here! We had to argue with him and still he only gave us half of our money back!! Thanks to Oleander Studios for giving us the worst start possible to our holiday and lying about the hotel in the description on Booking.com! These people will take your money and not give you what you payed for!

An honest British reviewOk so before me and my girlfriend left we came on here and we were worried about what to expext. We spent 7 nights here and had 0 complaints. If you want to grumble about paying 20 quid a night stop reading now. Our room was cleaned 6 of those days. The air con IS 7 euro per day but so is most places in Greece so you can't grumble at that. The hotel is situated high up and is a bit of pain if you don't like walking but the views are beautiful so we didn't mind. A taxi was 6/8 euro from the McDonalds at faliraki. The owners of the hotel are fantastic. The food is great. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to upgrade the beds to double beds rather than 2 singles. Overall this is a 3* hotel so don't go expecting the Hilton. We had a lovely little cheap holiday away and made the most of it. If it wasn't for the trip up the hill we would both return to the hotel.

Hot summer daysTrip was excellent. Room was on first floor. Great panoramic view to sea over Faliraki. Visited a lot of small beautiful cities on island. I love Anthony Quinn beach. Recommend dinning in Rhodes city.

Amazing stay!Stayed for a week with my friend which was self catering. The stay has been amazing! The room was really clean and tidy, view is beautiful, the family who own it are so lovely and accommodating to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We stayed on the first floor which over looked the pool and the view of Faliraki. Not too far to walk down to the town or the beach and really cheap in a taxi. Went on a boat party which took us to Anthony Quinn bay which was stunning. Lots of different bars, restaurants and things to do near by. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers to stay somewhere quieter but not too far away from everything. The food which they provided at the hotel was really nice and the family seemed so happy to make it for us.

A bad experience to rememberThe rooms are nothing fancy but that's ok because the price is reasonably cheap compared to other places although not by much. The owners have a terrible attitude towards guests. The towels in the rooms were not replaced a few days in a row and when I confronted the owners they were stubborn and refused to give more towels. Although is probably the cheapest option, it's not the most viable. The apartments are located 3km away from everything. I don't mind the 3km, it's not a lot but when it's 38 degrees outside, it can be very uncomfortable and tiring. Also the location is on the very top of a hill making it exhausting to move up and down. The view is amazing, you can almost see the whole island but it's definitely not worth. For 50 more euros you could probably find much better in terms of service and location. Also, just to finish, I think is absolutely ridiculous that air conditioning is paid extra 7 euro per night, in a country where there's 30 degrees outside pretty much every day of the year.
