  Like a Hallmark Movie!!!!

  My husband and I stayed here here for 3 nights and it was the most amazing time. The couple that owns this place are very nice, attending, and just make you feel right at home. The breakfast we had was so amazing I couldnt stop talking about how good it was all morning, the b&b it self was so cute I thought I was in a Hallmark movie, and the fact that they allow pets is amazing I cant tell you how many surrounding b&bs I called before I found this one just to see if they allowed pets and none of them do so the fact that they do makes it all that much more amazing.. my husband and I are making it a point to come visit this b&b every single year. Thats how wonderful my time here was.

  Very cozy and very personable Inn Keepers

  I chose to stay here for my 10 year anniversary. Right from the start I felt welcome and accepted by Kim and Dave. I was shown to my room by Dave and he made sure I felt comfortable and knew where everything was. The view from our room, Oriental Poppy, was amazing. To the left we had the mountains and to the right we had Garden of the Gods. Granted, it was crazy cold, snowy, and foggy we still had a great view. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The room was kept warm by the fireplace and my husband and I were able to cuddle up and watch movies together. Breakfast was fantastic on both days. The coffee was always hot and the fruit was always fresh. Kim made great conversation at breakfast and really made us feel like she wanted to know us. If we needed anything both Kim and Dave were available. The movie library was great for us because we ended up watching quite a few of them. The bed was so comfortable (no annoying box spring or coils in the back). Covid protocols are top notch. Sanitizers everywhere and guests are asked to sanitize before entering common areas. The patio was private and we didn't feel like anyone could peep in and see anything. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

  Beautiful!

  We had a great stay! Very special! Breakfast was great and they were very welcoming!the room was beautiful and the sauna was amazing! I would come back for sure! Everything about it was wonderful! We couldnt ask for more!

  Overnight Getaway

  What a wonderful visit we had!! The entire facility was exceptionally clean. They had great COVID precautions set up. Dave and Kim were amazing hosts. They had thought of everything needed to really make this an incredible getaway. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice to be able to visit with them while eating breakfast. 100% will be making a return visit as soon as possible.

  A little Oasis in the city

  What a beautiful B&B. The food was great. The room had everything we needed and more, including a wonderful little private hot tub. It was quiet and restful and just what we needed. The decor was top notch and their attention to safety measures in a time of Covid was comforting and thorough without being annoying. I enjoyed getting to visit with the hosts just a while and hope to return again soon! Unfortunately, the game room was closed as was the conference room for hygiene.
