  Many things to love about this facility

  The hospitality at this location is top notch. Great communication with the owner/manager. Breakfast was spot on. you really need to try the banana/walnut bread! Snacks, soda and water are always available. The homemade chocolate chip cookies are quite tasty! I travel for business, so am always looking for a table/desk for this purpose. The Hollywood room has that covered, while some of the other rooms do not. Great neighborhood for walking or running as well.

  An absolute gem!

  My only regret is having stayed just one night. There's so much to love about the experience: the beautiful historic home, the extensively curated VHS and DVD collection, the convenient location, and the truly unmatched hospitality! Plan to wake up hungry because they take the second 'B' in B&B seriously! Now I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in Indianapolis in the future and hope to return again soon!

  Great times

  Gary and JoAnne were wonderful host. Awesome conversation. Lots of classic videos (yes!! Tapes!! And dvds) to enjoy!! House has turn of the century charm, character and is wonderfully restored. Just wish the multi talented Gary would have sung to us.

  Charm, History, Excellent Cooking and Service

  I might also mention the hot tub in our room, the extra inflated but very comfortable bed, and personal attention. The location was great, too. I have already recommended this B &B to my friends and acquaintances. If my travels take me to Indy, I will definitely stay there again. I forgot some articles of clothing there, and they were delivered to me, clean and folded.

  Overnight Stay

  Celebrating 29 years of marriage and had never been to a B & B. Gary took care of us from start to finish. Excellent communication before stay, very flexible times for check-in and made to order breakfast. Great location in historic district. Was all that we could ask for, enjoyed a little pampering that a night away from home offered.
