  Expensive food!

  I stayed 3 nights in a large and comfortable room with good mattress,shower and bath with good freewifi. The breakfast(3200 JPY but i got coupons at my arrival with 700 JPY discount) is good,Japanese and continental(good and light Danish pastries) with loads of choice.We only had a dinner with was too expensive. None English words in this old-fashioned hotel very away from the town but a good and very helpful English speaking staff at the lobby.

  Spacious with all you needs

  We visit in group of 3 adults sharing a 4bed room. We had a very great time while staying here, we rent 4bed room and it is absolutely spacious for us to walk when 3 luggages keep open on floor. All the 4 beds are in double size it's good enough to fit in big guys. Toilet amenity is unbelievable provided (loccitane) vs it's reasonable room rate. The balcony has a nice view facing to swimming pool and sea view at the coastal. Recommend for family travel and friends travelling as it has a tatami room with 2double beds, you can enjoying the both gathering at living room and privacy.

  1. : 2. : 3. : A. B. 4. : Stay here for one night and have the following comments: 1. Location: It is closed to airport and not far away for the city center. But if you don't drive and take public transport, you have to walk 800 m down the hill from the hotel to the nearest bus station. So it is not easily access to those customer go by public transport. There is no shutter bus from Hotel to Airport. 2. Staff: To my surprise, it is the best part for the hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they are from different part of Japan and different countries, the staff who is from Hokkaido is very nice to us. Also, there are also some staff can speak Chinese help us a lot. It make us feel that the hotel really provide a good services. 3. Room: Room is very spacious and clean. However there are some disadvantages for the hardware inside the room: a) the shower door is built in a good standard. The water leak out easily even you close the shower door properly, and the leaked water will flow to the toilet area without any floor drain outlet there, as a result, the toilet area will be flooded with shower water. b) the blanket is too thick and heavy, it makes you sweating in the mid-night. The weather in Ishigaki is hot, even in March and April, A thick blanket is not necessary. c) There are some mis match for the cupboard which cover the refrigerator. if you just open one door on the refrigerator side, you cannot open the refrigerator door. So every time you have to open both door of the cupboard so as to refrigerator side, you cannot open the refrigerator door. Breakfast: Breakfast is also very good in this hotel, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with beautiful sea view. Overall, I think the hotel is good but need to be improved.

  Nice experience

  We really liked this hotel. The room is like a suite. So clean and comfortable. The view was gorgeous. Nice pool and lounge chairs. Complimentary dessert. Well welcome when you check in. Highly recommend!

  A good hotel

  We stayed in a ground floor room and it was very large and had 4 beds, it was more like an apartment than a hotel. The hotel is effectively in the middle of nowhere so I would recommend a car (the car park is free). The breakfast was good quality and we slept well in the beds. The shower enclosure leaked water even with the door closed and the curtain pulled.once the water was out there was nowhere for it to go and we had to use a cup to bail out in to the drains. This seemed an oversight as there was a floor drain next to the bath but the water in the shower area couldn't reach it due to a step. There were a few areas of wallpaper that were lifting (I think due to the humidity). The breakfast was good quality and had a large selection. Note: there was a strange air freshener in our room which I smelt and it caused a burning in my throat. I'm not sure what this was but if you find one in your room don't smell it up close!
