  Good management

  We did not stay at this place so I do not have any feedback regarding the hotel service, or about the rooms. However, we had one memorable experience with the management at this place. Please read on to know more. Since it was a long weekend (during 15-Aug-2017) we thought of exploring Hyderabad. After doing some research we (2 families including a kid) booked 2 double bed rooms in Baseraa Inn by Ohris for our stay since it was nearer to prominent tourist places. But, when we reached the Hotel, manager told us that there was only one double bed room available and other one was a smaller one. We were very unhappy and upset with what was happening - 2 double bed rooms were confirmed during booking but when we reached the hotel they were not available - how can this happen?? We were also very tired. But, I should really appreciate the way in which the hotel manager (Mr.Hari) handled the situation. He immediately arranged for some sandwich for us and ice cream for the kid - very thoughtful :). Further he made alternate accommodation arrangement in their mother property - Hotel Baseraa, Secunderabad without any change in the room charges. After lot of discussion with my family we agreed to stay in Hotel Baseraa, Secunderabad even though it was few kilometers away from prominent tourist locations. But after staying in Hotel Baseraa, Secunderabad I must say that we it was a very good experience. Thanks to Mgr Mr.Hari for ensuring that our stay was good.   simple and unostentatious

  This is a simple hotel in the middle of secundrabad close to the Railway station and the old Begumpet airfield. Very reasonable pricing of rooms. The hotel certainly has seen better days and is limping along yet with head held high. The service is OK There is a bar adjoining and a decent restaurant within. They serve good food.

  Good hotel

  Honest & helping staff Our phone was lost, but the staff searched for it and returned to us, I am very thankful to the Baserra staff for their efforts. Hotel is very reasonable & located in middle of city. Restaurant quality is too good.

  Bad experience

  Booked through Oyo but when I reached the hotel the booking had disappeared. The management refused to give a standard room. Finally after lot of arguing the management gave a spare room which was very small but was charged full rate. No wi-fi and no kettle.

  GOOD AND SAFESATY IN BUDGET

  if your are looking for budget hotel , supportive & good mannered people . then just go for it . here are pros & cons . Pros- 1. Location is at center of all famous tourist places . 2. budget hotel , neat & clean hotel . 3. hotel staff is very supportive . i done the check in the hotel in morning 3 am . that time also they support very well . 4. transport is easily available . you will get OLA , uber cab just out side of the the hotel main gate . Cons - 1. hotel rooms are on 3rd floor only , looks like hostel , Good for 2 or 3 days only . 2. if you are looking for good ambiance like 4 stars hotel then do go . 3. 3 restaurant area just below the hotel but costly & no other restaurant available near by . over all my experience is Good & satisfied with Hotel .
