  Superb as always

  My partner and I have not long returned from the Odessa again after a fortnight at the end of September/ beginning of October. This was our 4th visit, and may I say we weren't disappointed in the slightest again. It's always lovely to return and meet the friends we have made, holiday makers and staff alike. Koulla and her team on reception always go out of their way to make sure your stay is exactly to your liking. The food is 'out of this world ' delicious, special mention to the head chef Andreas, he is a total genius, and absolutely everything that he prepares is gorgeous. Thank you my friend, the special desserts were amazing. As was everything else. Another mention to Adonis restaurant manager, this guy is brilliant, he oversees the restaurant, and it runs so very smoothly. He will always have time to have a good chat with you, and he will make sure you are very well catered for. Adonis we will be in touch my friend, and thank you for making our stay very special. As you can probably guess the food is incredible in all the restaurants, breakfast hall, lunchtime meal, evening meal and sofa sofa. A big thank you to Michealis, Zouvakis, Avaramis and Maria, and the lovely waitress Ritu (amazing smile) and so very helpful. Not to forget David, who is again superb and really looks after you. The Marine Bar by the reception area is a wonderful place for a pre dinner drink and an after dinner cocktail. Dimitris the barman is a truly super guy and will always chat and see to your every need. Thank you my friend and we will be in touch. Thank you for everything. The cleaners and all the staff are so friendly. We were Thomas Cook holiday makers, some of the last to get repatriated, the hotel were fantastic no probs at all. A big shout has to go to Galin who singlehandedly, managed to keep the daytime entertainment going. Even though he didnt know if he was going to get paid or not! Service above and beyond, very well done. The only thing that worries us slightly, is the building of a new hotel between the Odessa and the seafront? I think it will obscure the beautiful seaview that we had from our room (411). We shall still be coming back next year though, regardless of seaview. The hotel is fabulous in every aspect, and we would like to thank everyone from management to cleaners for being so kind and welcoming, and making our stay so wonderful.   Would definitely return

  We went for a last minute getaway . The hotel is situated on the main strip which is busy friendly and has lots of good restaurants and bars . The Beach was 5 minutes away from the hotel but there was the building of a new hotel just behind the Odessa however this didnt disturb us . Very efficient , hardworking staff , nothing was too much trouble. Towel service also . We Will definitely return

  Great hotel clean nice friendly staff, 3 minutes walk to the beach . Stayed here October half term all inclusive , do not have one thing to moan about . Exactly what it said it was . Definitely worth paying that little bit more money for

  Returned for a second time within a few weeks this year, saying that, weve been to the Odessa for over 12 years and each and every time, we are always made to feel so welcome by all the Staff but I must add, Koulla and David go out of their way to make us feel so special.   Just awful hotel

  Not sure where to start. OK the photos on the tui website aren't anything like what the hotel really looks like. the hotel looks like something from the 80s. Run down and old fashioned. Wasn't worth the money we paid. Let's just say there was things going on at the hotel you would expect to see at a 18 to 30 hotel in ibiza. It's put me off cyprus this hotel. And I love cyprus. Don't waste your money spend abit more and stay at a nice hotel down at the beach front. I will say one thing the food was very nice. no point complaining to tui. Once they have your money they couldn't care less
