  HORRIBLE -- stay away

  While the view is amazing and the outside is cute, this place is absolutely HORRIBLE! Our 2 bedroom premier suite looked NOTHING like the website photos. It was so rundown, mismatched furniture, nothing was clean, only one pot in the kitchen to cook with, ants in the kitchen, a guest shower that did not work, a guest bedroom door that would not shut, mismatched paint, horrible sheets/bedding, dirty/stained furniture, etc. I could go on and on. We had already driven down there and there were no other ocean view rooms available nearby to celebrate my son's 21st birthday, so we had no choice but to stick it out. STAY AWAY from this place!

  Beautiful place our room was very clean and everything worked perfectly the price was right and we had a great time, the staff was wonderful and the manager was so nice to us we will definitely be back.

  Worse hotel experience ever...

  Do not believe their website. I don't understand these high ratings. Worst hotel experience ever... we booked directly through the hotel and seeing the photos were excited... then we checked in. We must have gotten an unrenovated room. Our room looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. When we got to the room the door was wide open with a doorstop, cabinets in the kitchenette couldnt close, tile in the bathroom was broken. To top it off the carpet, couch, bathroom and kitchen were dirty. Beware there is no air conditioning. We were told no need as we got the ocean breeze. Our room over looked the parking lot and the portable fan they gave us did nothing to circulate the air. The final straw was the smell. It was aweful and I started to get sick. We were there less than 2 hours before we packed up and checked out. So much for trying to get away for a weekend after trying to get the school year up and started. We went to check out was told we would not be reimbursed for our second night and parking. My husband and I do a lot of traveling even in 3rd world countries and this is the worst place we have ever encountered. When I walked in the room I thought we had been punked. For the price we should have stayed at a Marriott. I wonder what they paid for all the positive reviews.

  My experience here

  I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a bit expensive but worth it. Beds are comfy and staff is great. I'd definitely stay here again and have suggested this place to my friends. The next time I come to the area this will also be one of the places that I'll consider staying at. Theresalot of restaurants around and things to do and shoppe

STUNNING ocean action, dozens of boats going in in out , right in front of us, french doors open crisp sea breeze b ut with the fire place roaring behind us to keep warm, I went fishing right in front of our room, SECRET ALSO and THIS is CRAZY..... LOBSTERS right in front, bring a trap and catch your own lobsters. we saw a few locals in boats laying down traps right in front . dining is awesom, one night Rockn Baja Lobster we had the huge bucket feast and togo margaritas on our patio, yup no cold food here ! then Dominics Italion ( groupon baby) funny everyone who stays here is like super duper friendly. Price is incredible for a ocean front room. full kitchen, comfy beds, 4K tv. room 215 is great. NOW, these rooms are NOT the Ritz, nor a Hilton, our couch is a tad weathered yet clean, floors walls a bit weathered, yet stjill art deco with carved art. but its a bargain at 60% less than other places, but what place is ocean front in a marina with surfers also in view, cahrning sounds of sea lions, fog horns,seagulls and the waves crashing...ahhhhhhhh. I want to try the second floor units for the view, yet our 1st floors fishing is so darn fun ! Noalani front desk was super nice, super quick check-in.
