  Exceeded Expectation

  Spacious clean room, priced right, with all amenities and a wonderful breakfast included...located a block from the beach--Nirvana. I stayed only overnight to attend a concert in Asbury Park (much more reasonable than AP hotels). I hope to return someday and spend a long weekend.

  Really quaint and lovely staff

  Stayed for the Memorial Day weekend! Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to go out of their way to accommodate you. One important thing . you CANNOT use the beach on Sunday mornings until after 12 noon because of religious reasons. You'll have to go onto the boardwalk over to Asbury beach.

  A Great Place to Go if you Need or Want to Take your Dog

  The place is very charming and the staff is excellent. We took our dog with us and it was just so nice not to have to leave him at home. The rooms are immaculate and it's nice to be so close to the ocean and also across from the park that leads up to the tabernacle. The breakfasts are served over at the Ocean Plaza (no pets there) and there is a very wide variety of food offered, including fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, pastries, cereals, and usually eggs or pancakes.

  Excellent location, reasonable price

  We just got back from a 3 night stay at the Ocean View Inn in the Family Suite with our 3 young grandchildren. While there are some 'shabby chic' elements to our room, the Ocean View was perfect for our needs. The staff was EXCELLENT, given the Covid limited contact restrictions. The free breakfast was very good (scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, yogurt, juices, etc) and more importantly, very safely managed to prevent contamination. I felt confident every precaution was being taken to keep the environment clean and safe. The location is superb for enjoying the boardwalk, the sea, shopping, Asbury Park, safe bike riding, etc. We had no problem finding close parking on the street. Also, the bed linens felt quite luxurious! Minor cosmetic repairs are needed in our room, (missing drawer knobs, towel hooks, scratched furniture), but did not detracted from our excellent time there. We fully intend to come back next summer if not sooner!

  Excellent bed and breakfast!

  A lovely view with accommodating staff. The breakfast here is included and wonderful! Rooms are clean with all white bedding! Staff wear masks and community is aware of Covid-19 safety. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. Asbury Park is right across the river. There is a boardwalk but no businesses;it is strictly for walking and biking. This is a quiet and relaxing place to vacation. It is good if you can bring your bicycles along!
