  Demasiado rustico

  Ciudad con clima caluroso y muy húmedo en la costa este de la India. Recepción cubierta pero al aire libre. Habitaciones grandes con necesidad de reforma parcial del baño. Acceso gratuito a internet, que unicamente funciona en zona de la recepción. Imposible dormir con el aire acondicionado encendido por el ruido. Buen bufete de desayuno / comida. La piscina está algo alejada y la playa aun más (hay que pasar un poblado de pescadores). Amabilidad extraordinaria del personal.

  Nice Resort away from Pondicherry

  We stayed in Ocean spray for one night, We had booked through agoda.com but the hotel reception staff had upgraded us to a Cottage by the pond. There was a small problem with the a/c either it was too cold or too hot in the room.It's a huge property with a big swimming pool and pond. Ideal for large conferences. The beach is around a 300m walk from the resort. There were several activities in the hotel but most of it were non-functional because of the COVID situation. The hotel staff was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent . There is a nice walking path around the rooms which is nice to walk in the evenings. The room toilets were not maintained well, the management needs to look into the toilets. Overall it was a good stay, with some small improvements to be done.

  Beautiful property, rooms run down

  The hotel is located in beautiful green surroundings with a large artificial lake and pool, with ducks, geese and chickens running around. A wonderful place for kids. The rooms are large but a little run down. The bed not great, sheets kind of rough, etc.

  Pathetic experience for lunch

  Horrible food,highly priced,bad service as well as presentation, overall very bad experience . If possible, i would have given 0 star. We order veg pizza, cauliflower Manchurian and szechuan veg fried rice . The manchurian was undercooked and pizza cheese was very smelly.

  Heritage property, away from Pondicherry

  The property is huge with beautiful surroundings. We booked 1 Villa and 2 Heavens rooms, but later moved (downgraded) to Heavens as the water near the Villa was not clean and lot of mosquitoes were there. However, the Heavens room had a very beautiful view, with Jacuzzi. In one of the room, Jacuzzi was not working and noone came to fix it despite calling the front desk twice. The beach is a walking distance from the property. The buffet spread for breakfast was excellent, but otherwise the food is super expensive. Kids enjoyed playing in the big ground, swimming pool. They also have activities for kids, which are on chargeable basis.
