  Descanso y diversión

  Excelentes y hermosas instalaciones, variedad de restaurantes, sabrosa gastronomía, bares abiertos, diversión en piscinas, playas o bolera, un plan p actividad diferente cada día y empleados atentos dispuestos a atenderte bien las 24 horas, es un corto resumen de lo que encontrarán en este excelente Hotel.

  Celebración soltería

  Tuve la oportunidad de ver el show del rey león y me ha gustado la producción y sobre todo la actuación de Tere como Nala estuvimos muy entretenidos con la música también y la estamos pasando muy bien

  Best place to stay in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.

  Simply this is one of the best place to choose for family vacation. Their hospitality and overall room services are undoubtedly remarkable. On behalf of my family I strongly recommend Ocean Paradise. Room rent?... very reasonable

  Stayed 5 happy days there

  They really provides excellent services to us. I really liked the cleanness, food quality and polite behavior of the staffs. The room was also good enough with the cost. Me and my family enjoyed a lot in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to all.

  Never Going To Stay There

  Actually I have visited Ocean Paradise previously 3 times (Corporate and Family). And all time the I received 5 star service from this hotel. For this reason, this time again I choose Ocean Paradise instead of other 5 star hotels. I booked for 3 nights for TWO rooms(Deluxe with Balcony) at Ocean Paradise from 1st-Mar-21 to 3rd-Mar-21. But unfortunately I have received the worst service and I have to leave the hotel after staying only night. Really disappointing experience this time. Below are some reasons -We have reached the hotel at 8:15 AM and got one room at 1:30 PM (Yes, I know hotel checked in time is 2 PM). All the time we were waiting at the lobby (almost 5 hours) but they did not offer us for any welcome drinks(!) -We have booked for Deluxe with Balcony but unfortunately the room size is very small. (compared to my previous stay in Deluxe with Balcony at Ocean Paradise) Looks like its a basic room with balcony(!). Actually they said their room category has been changed -Washroom size was very small. There was no shower chamber(!) in the washroom -I astonished to hear that Hot water will not be available after 11 PM in the washroom(!) -They did not provide any Wi-Fi password(!) with our room key -NO Electric kettle found in the room. I told the front desk guy to arrange the kettles, as it's the standard feature they provide for that room category. And he replied, for this types of room they did not provide Electric kettle(!). When it's a basic feature of your room I don't see anything to be surprised and reluctant providing it -As there was no Electric kettle, asking for hot water for KIDS food over phone, they replied for hot water it be charged(!) -The buffet Breakfast was average as most of the items are were cool(!) -Some of their staff's behavior are not good at all. In Breakfast table one stuff told by passing us please finish your breakfast early and let other persons to have. As we were already decided to change our hotel, we did not make any complain against him. For these reasons we have shifted from Ocean Paradise to another hotel for next 2 days. Even when we told front desk guy that we want to shift the hotel, he did not apologize and also did not want to know why we are shifting (as we booked 2 rooms for next 2 days). So, my overall experience was not so good. And will never going to stay there. Actually this was my own experience. But Different people may have different experience. Thank You Best Regards, Nafis
