  Fantastic Stay

  This was our second stay at Ocean Oak and there is a reason we keep going back. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel at home, rooms are clean and modern, the location is great, and it is one of the best resort experiences we have ever had. From the second we arrived the staff treated us like family and made sure to make us feel welcomed. They go above and beyond. It was my husband's Birthday and they had a gift for him and the entire staff signed the card. The rooms are clean and modern. They have a person inspect them before you can enter. There are plenty of supplies to do laundry and dishes and if you need anything, you just call the front desk and they send someone with the items quickly. The location is great. Get a room with a view and you will see the ocean for miles. You can walk down the Beach to attractions or easily drive places. I highly recommend Ocean Oak. We will be back.

  Beautiful Hotel - Wonderful Staff

  One of the first comments my husband made after we checked into our room..."this place exceeds my expectations". I did my research before reserving a hotel room...all the reviews were very positive. I called the hotel directly and the staff member was very friendly and helpful. We are so glad we were able to reserve a couple of rooms for a long weekend getaway with a couple of our adult children and spouses. The 2 bedrooms (1 - King Bed & 2 Full Size Beds) units were spacious. Clean. Modern. Beautiful. The bathrooms were very large with nice showers. We had "Courtyard View" ...a partial view of the ocean and a view of the pool. I would have loved an Ocean view room but they are hard to reserve since there are only 20 Ocean View rooms. What was most important to our family was to be in a modern/clean room and to be conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again. Beautiful place and very friendly staff.

  Confort is

  The suite was amazing, clean, cozy and modern. No stress no rush. Calm in January. Close to the beach, and rental bike is available. The virus make usually things complicated but not here. The phone communication is the key. Less contact, sanitizer everywhere safety first. We enjoy this moment. I recommend 100%

  Great family friendly vacation resort right on the beautiful wide ocean beach

  We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom with a full kitchen and living area with a nice view of the ocean from our two balconies. We stayed over Christmas and were happy with the attention to cleanliness. The pool is lovely and the beach is right in front of the property, so just steps from your room to the sand. Even during Covid, they had carry out food and drinks available at the resort from the pool side restaurant. The beach is very wide and provides plenty of room for walking and is firm enough to ride bikes on. Pods of dolphins swam right out in front of the hotel each morning and it was great fun to watch. The resort is a short walk to a quaint shopping area with restaurants and stores. Would recommend this resort highly.

  Best experience at a Hilton Resort!!!

  My wife & I stayed at Ocean Oak Resort for the 1st time on February '21. It's a gorgeous resort with full amenities, two large pools, several hot tubs, a fitness room, and located on an amazing beach. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped, and beautifully designed for a guest's comfort. The resort was meticulously clean throughout with great care taken to ensure COVID requirements are met. The staff was AMAZING & totally focused on their guests offering a friendly greeting, help whenever they saw you & regular text & phone check-ins. The following staff provided particularly OUTSTANDING support: Matt Papka (Sales Executive), Sharon Gaertner (Concierge), Carlo Borghi (Team Leader), J.C. Picasso (Client Relations Specialist), Arismel Arana (Director of Guest Services), Danny (Technician), Housekeeping Team, and the entire Front Desk staff (day & night shifts)!
