  Estadia Por una Noche...Sin problema

  Me hospede en este Hotel por una noche, Habitaciones Amplias, Cocina, Nevera, Televisor, Internet, Baño con tina. La atencion fue buena y sin inconveniente, lo unico es que el CheckOUT es a las 10:00am y no a las 4:00pm como en los demas hoteles. Pero de Resto sin problema

  Decent

  We had to clean from top to bottom before we felt OK about putting our stuff in the room. The kitchen needs A LOT of attention; the bathroom entrance is off the narrow kitchen entrance and there is barely room to pass by anyone (we are not overweight or large people). The dishwasher leaked on the floor and there were only basic utensils like 4 forks, 4 butter knives, 4 spools, one spatula, one larger spool and one can opener--how do you function with so few utensils? Bathroom was spacious and nice. View was of the building next door; mildew around the window seals. Pull out bed incredibly uncomfortable; sofa and chairs were nice and the king bed was super comfy. No amenities; possibly due to Covid19.

  Nice spot. Clean units.

  We enjoyed our stay here. Units were spacy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was sufficient. The thermostat took some getting used to and was difficult to maintain a temperature consistently. It was either too warm or too cold depending on which way you put it but aside from that and a leaky faucet - we loved the unit. View was nice. The sofa bed and corresponding furniture in the living area was nice as well. We will probably return. Did not go to the pool. It was a little small and the hot tub was out of commission. Thats my usual go to.

  An amazing staff that made us feel right at home!

  First off I wanted to say that the situation that brings my wife, mother, 2 boys and our service dog, Pongo, to Ocean Keys Resort is not a situation that I wish upon anyone. Due to an unfortunate plumbing incident at our new home we were forced to leave for repairs after only one night! You can imagine the stress and headaches that my family and I have gone through in the last couple weeks but the silver lining to all of this is all of the amazing people we have met here at Ocean Key and friends that have been made. The front desk staff of Karly, Jordyn, Maddie, and Dana as well as all of management and the maintenance staff have been amazingly warm and welcoming. They have been there every step of the way to ensure that all of our needs were met. They are friendly, attentive, intelligent, and always going out of their way to help our family out. I must also admit that Pongo loves this staff just as much as my wife and I do! Thank you to the Ocean Key staff for making our unexpected stay a pleasant one!   Jordan is a rockstar

  Superior service and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her attentiveness is next to godliness and no stone was left unturned when looking for an answer. As a professional in the service industry she made our stay as pleasant as turning over a pillow to the cool side on a hot summer night. She gets 6/5 stars and should be promoted before her peers.
