  Needs maintenance and cleaning. View is not good. Too many stairs

  The unit had a mildew smell on the lower floor, and water damage in the lower floor bathroom. In general, the unit was in need of cosmetic repair. Dirty dishes were put away with clean ones. If you are older, there are far too many steps in this building.

  Dont be fooled. Its one bedroom unit with loft

  Technically, its one bedroom unit with a loft. We needed 2 bedroom. When I specify 2 bedroom, I mean 2 private rooms. Not a loft with open wall right above the living room. So, forget about privacy if you are traveling with kids or friends.

  Great location and good space

  The location is amazing, its facing the bay and you can get a boat if you like and dock it right outside the patio. It is away from the beach and so not much foot or car traffic, so its secluded calm and very relaxing. The rooms were good size and the living, dining and kitchen were good size for a family vacation. The only negative part was the sleep quality, the beds were average and they could improve it and make it better.

  Million dollar view

  Every bedroom has a balcony as well as the living room. Making this resort worth the trip. Million dollar view of the bay . The perfect view of boats the bridges the sunsets absolutely incredible. I Would sit out in the morning in the evening on the balcony, deck or right on the dock and just be in such a tranquil state of mind. Had an extra bonus on top of the views I thought I was going into a 3 bedroom condo, but on the first floor theres actually a bonus room with a bed making this a four bedroom. Proximity to the boardwalk just a few blocks over from the start of the boardwalk. Cannot wait to go back to this property again.

  A vacation not to remember

  Visited their for one week vacation. The chairs in the dining room were broken and had food left on the seats. the living room chairs were smelly. The bedroom furniture looked like it was picked up from the street corner, the pillows were so worn out we had to find a store to purchase pillows to sleep on. The television was out of order and had call to to get it fixed. WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE. Just saying, the entire place needs a makeover.
