  Antiguo resort

  Realcion precio calidad, malo. Es muy viejo , el fepartamento que nos toco, muy pequeno para 4 personas,sin vista y le falta renovar muebles. El departamento oscuro, pero limpio. La piscina demasiado chica para la cantidad de gente que habia, ninguna posibilidad de encontrar reposeras. No lo recomiendo.esta frente a la playa, la cual tampoco nos gusto, mucha gente, y muy poco atractiva. Hay restaurant cerca, pero todos cierran muy temprano. Hay musica en vivo en las tardes, justo en la entrada del resort.tiene estacionamiento al otro lado de la calle, lo que no es un problema. No usamos el restaurant, pero segun lo que escuchamos, es bueno y con buenos precios.

  Help with Hotel questions

  While comparing hotels, I called the Ocean Beach Club and spoke to a woman named Anabel to inquire about resort fee prices. She wouldn't answer my question, instead asked me when was I coming, how many , etc. When I told her all I needed to know was the resort fee, she put me on hold and never came back. Eventually they hung up. If this is the kind of treatment I can expect with just a phone call question, then this isn't the kind of establishment I want to give my business to.

  Very convenient

  We are really enjoying our two-bedroom suite. The full kitchen allows us to cook most of our meals. Love the angled window in the living room; my mom loves sitting in the chair and watching the waves. We had a couple maintenance issues and they were taken care of right away. Housekeeping is prompt and friendly. Just did a load of laundry for free down the hall. We did an arts and crafts activity yesterday and went to the gym. Looking forward to the pool.

  No Brainer!

  Beautiful views from oceanfront rooms; staff members are friendly and accommodating and grounds are well groomed. Have been here multiple times and will return multiple times! They don't get a lot of credit but the front desk staff and housekeeping staff have always been super!

  Needs a clean up.

  So many issues with cleanliness Im not sure where to start. Elevators and entry ways to rooms look like the corners havent seen a broom or duster in months. Floors in all the common spaces are dingy and outdated. The dishwasher is falling apart - a panel is missing and it was beeping so maintenance had to come up and reset something. The ceiling above the shower has some patchwork with black spots that I assume are mold. Trash and laundry has been in hallway outside my door since I got here They checked me into a room that hadnt been cleaned, told me theyd send someone up to take me to a new room. After no show in about 20 minutes I Called back and they said it would be another 15-20 minutes. I was standing in the hall (which smelled like pot) with my stuff on a cart so they sent me to new room which was still being cleaned. Im giving it 2 stars because its a nice location and the floor plan of the one bedroom with balcony is nice (but there are lots of options right on the beach). I dont know Diamond Resorts and wont likely be finding out more beyond this trip. The concierge cornered me after I checked in to point out some places to go, but I dodged the time share bullet because my husband isnt with me. If I come back to Virginia Beach, Ill be staying at a chain I know and trust.
