  Hotel y solo playa

  No estaba mal, la habitación suficiente grande. Con microondas, dos placas vitrocerámica y una nevera. Las camas estaban bien. Todos los días cambiaban las toallas. Una vez en la semana fregaron el suelo. El cuarto de baño no lo limpiaron. La comida, bueno, yo siempre encontré algo para comer. Había poco cosas típicas de Bulgaria. Todas clases de huevos y para el inglés comida. Los camareros no eran tan amables, la que limpiaba o cambiaba las toallas era muy amable y encantadora. Para encontrar otra cosa que playa y hotel, se tenía que coger un autobús hasta las 12 y luego a partir de las 17 horas.

  Lo esperado.

  Muy buena opción para disfrutar de la playa , el hotel está en primera línea. En este tramo de playa casi no hay construcciones en segunda línea por lo que está poco masificada. Los apartamentos son suficientemente grandes y están bien equipados. Todo está en perfecto estado.

  Very bad service

  We are arriving yesterday and with the first moments starting with a problems!No sun beds and umbrellas on the beach!For the all the inclusive only one restaurant is working!Food is average!Notting to do at the evening! This is a bad service at all! No recommendations to come at this hotel! Very poor service!

  Fantastic resort after a stressful start

  As a pair of teachers finding a resort during the summer holidays for a reasonable price was a difficult one but finding Obzor Beach Resort was by far one of the best finds. The beginning of our stay was one that was stressful (must add this was not the fault of the hotel) we arrived to find our booking was cancelled by Love Holidays, the staff were very understanding and helped us sort this out and calm us down when we needed it. We arrived at the hotel tired, thirsty and hungry so the first thing we wanted to do was lay by the pool with a lovely all inclusive cocktail. The staff let us dine at the restaurant whilst we were waiting to hear back from Love Holidays - Oleg (the bartender) was very accommodating. Oleg made an effort to make a conversation with us and check in with us during the week, even recommending us his favourite cocktails. Oleg, Silvester and Alex were great to us throughout the week. The resort itself was lovely; clean pools, rigorous cleaning (especially with COVID-19), social distancing measures in place, lovely food and very calm and relaxing atmosphere. There were always sun-beds and parasols (on the beach and by the pool) however, we did have to make sure we reserved them before we went to breakfast. The room was also lovely, there were facilities for cooking, a lovely balcony, two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom. If we had any queries the receptionists were always quick to answer them as well as they could. There were not a lot of evening activities but we put this down to COVID restrictions, we made our own entertainment and we were never bored. The frequency of the food was also very welcoming with the longest we went between meals being 3 hours. Even though there is only one restaurant open at the moment the staff went above and beyond to ensure there were always tables clean and enough food out for all the guests. The resort itself is quiet for the most part, it is very child friendly with the animation team setting up activities throughout the day. Many different pools and a resort shop/supermarket on the resort and another supermarket only a short walk away. There is also a taxi rank outside the resort to take you across Bulgaria with the prices clearly listed (very cheap if you compare this to English money), definitely explore Obzor town. My only criticism of this resort would be that there are more than one all inclusive bars but our experience overall was a positive one and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the staff at Obzor Beach Resort for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

  very angry client

  We visited this hotel last September and the food was repetitive and cold, and not international as advertised. The pool was not cleaned in ten days, there were plastic cups and cigarette ends everywhere and broken tiles. The sun loungers were so filthy you could not use them without using a towel. The rooms were poorly maintained- plugs sockets were hanging from the walls, the shower curtain was mouldy, hair blocked the bath, and cleaning was poor, and staff were rude and unfriendly. We met with the hotel manager, the TUI rep and Tedora the customer service manager and explained all of the issues and they were all very rude. They did not want to listen to any criticism and so we told them we were taking this further, as it was not the four star hotel standard that we had booked.. We complained to our travel agent upon returning home, and we were given 810 euros in compensation, as TUI and our travel agent agreed with us that our holiday was not four star standard, and thus not what we paid for. We supplied photos of all of our complaints, and the sum awarded demonstrates the poor quality of the hotel. This hotel has now been downgraded to a three star (it should be lower) , so BE AWARE that if you are expecting a three star experience...do NOT book this hotel.
