  Excellent service, excellent staff and excellent customer service what more can you ask for. Staff are very friendly and reliable service. Will be staying here again. Location was good. Sad to say goodbye but will be back.

  Pleasantly surprised

  If you are looking for a hotel with friendly, helpful and very competent staff in Addis, then Oasis is the place to go. Several family members and friends stayed at this hotel in the Bole area, literally 10 mins from the airport. We were not exactly the perfect guests with several enquires and noisy kids, but we never felt for one minute that we were not welcome. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with a very friendly atmosphere. Thanks to the hotel manager and staff for making our visit a memorable one

  Normal, clean, standard hotel

  This hotel has very friendly staff. Place is clean and rooms looks nice, even though we did not have window (non of the rooms with two beds has no windows). We had a balcony, but you could not go in to it, because the mirror table was on the way. In Ethiopia they are quite strict to offer two separate bed rooms for two woman, to idea to share the double bed for them is seams to be difficult to manage.... First we stayed on the 4th floor, where we hardly got any water. When we changed to 1st floor, we even get hot water, which was wonderful. Internet is on and off, but that was everywhere in Ethiopia. Sometimes we were going up and down to find a spot to have the internet connection. The hotel was within walking distance (40 min) from the centre of Bole district. There were food restaurants and clothing stores just on the next street from the hotel. To go to see some sights you need to take either by taxi or van-bus

  Low priced, but location is not convenient.

  I stayed at Oasis Hotel Apartment for one night only, as I had checked out of my hotel and then couldn't get the flight I needed to take. I needed a non-expensive option and found Oasis Hotel Apartment online. First, the access to the hotel presents some challenge, as the access road was not in good shape, and taxi drivers were not excited about it. However, things change rapidly in Addis, and this might not be a problem any more!

  Gone Downhill

  Ive stayed here many times (even recommended to others), but Im going to have to find a new place while visiting Addis Ababa. The surrounding area has become very loud at night with multiple bars playing loud music far past midnight every night, the breakfast was cold and lacking flavor and the staff charged us 1500 birr (50 USD) for a small spot on one bed sheet that could have been easily washed. We were not issued a receipt for the sheet, and the reception desk told us they were being forced to take the money from us when we protested the price. Seems like a scam to make money on the side from foreigners. Needless to say, with so many hotels now available in Addis, Im finding another place to stay.
