  Comfortable and convenient

  We rented a two bedroom apartment for a week so that we could visit Boston with friends. For us, as two couples, it was perfect to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and also shared living space where we could spend time and relax together. The kitchen was a bit tired and the cooker and toaster were a bit temperamental, but it was adequate for breakfast and had all of the crockery and utensils we needed. Eating out was quite expensive in that neighbourhood so we had a Chinese takeaway one night and noodles from Wagamama in Quincy Market another night. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathrooms were also a bit dated, but functional. Most of the time it was quiet and peaceful with no noise from surrounding apartments, but on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night we could hear very loud music with a heavy bass coming from somewhere nearby. It went on until past 2am which was quite antisocial and did disturb us all trying to sleep. Overall, we knew that there would be a compromise for the location, which was ideal for getting around to visit all of the sights we wanted to see. We had the Freedom Trail round the corner, T Stops for several lines to get to the museums in the south, Harvard to the north and the airport to the east. We also took a couple of boat trips from the Long Wharf which was a 5 minute walk away. For grocery shopping, it was a 5-10 minute walk to Downtown Crossing where there was an excellent supermarket called Roche. It had a huge choice of everything we could possibly need, including all food, wine, beer and spirits. In the other direction it was a 5 minute walk to Boston General Market which was a collection of food, grocery, produce and artisan outlets under one roof, together with even more produce stalls outside. Overall, I would recommend One India Street and would go back again. The concierges were particularly helpful and friendly. The only reason I havent given it 4 stars is because of the weekend noise.

  Love our stay

  We had a great stay at Oakwood apartment. We book 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights in Boston. The apartment was spacious with well equipped kitchen and both the bedroom have everything you would need which make me feel like home. The apartment have many windows which allow the light to get in. The location itself is very good and close to many restaurant and walking distance to Faneuil Hall marketplace. We would definitely stay here if we visit Boston again.

  Cozy and wonderful

  We spent 3 nights at this property and definitely will recommend to stay again. Check-in was indeed very smooth as the property representative will follow up with you to fill up some necessary check-in documents prior your arrival. Once you a arrive the apartment and there will be a receptionist to handle the key over to you. Room was very spacious and clean! So far we don't find any problem and it was wonderful experience to stay there. The property located in the heart of city centre and the "T" is just around the corner about 5mins walk. Highly recommended!

  Xtra large apartment and great location

  We spent one night in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt - it was huge with tons of closet space and large sitting and dining area. It was spotless and even had a washer and dryer (didn't need for a one night stay). The location is great with lots to do within walking distance.

  Great location

  Fantastic roomy apartment in a very central location. Yards from Aquarium T station, only 3 stops from the airport. Easy check in, lobby under redesign just now but no noticeable noise. Room very clean, nice bed linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen with the bonus of washing machine and drier. Close to Boston Common, harbour walk, shopping and theatre district. Would definitely recommend and will return.
