  Departamento muy espacioso, muy bien mantenido, limpieza impecable. A dos cuadras de la estación de metro de Virginia Square. Absolutamente recomendable para viaje familiar, con cocina completa y bu¡ien equipada.

  Avalon building great stay!

  Clean, nice apartment and great customer service thanks to Mark and Barbara! Would definitely book there again. We stayed there family of 6 and it was very comfortable and the location was perfect for us.

  Excellent apartment, comfortable beds, great location!

  We where six that stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a view. The apartment was very clean and well organized. The view was nice. The furnitures were all very comfortable and nice. King-size bed was amazing! The queen bed was rather hard but ok and the sofa in the living room was soft and comfy, only one slept in it, but it was for two. It is allowed to rent one extra bed per apartment and we did that. All communication with the lessors at Zen Hospitality were great, they were very helpful and friendly. Also the staff in the lobby, they were also very friendly. If we come to visit Washington again, we will definitely rent one of those apartments again! Thank you Barbara, Mark and Barbara :)

  Return stay

  This is my second stay at Zen Hospitality Ballston Place to visit our son who lives in the area. This time, we rented a two bedroom, two bathroom unit (to let our son stay here for a shorter commute to DC). Once again, the apartment was clean and the front desk staff, friendly and helpful. On the second day, we had a problem with hot water. We contacted Mark, he was quick to reply and the problem was fixed within the same day. The apartment is in a ideal location, minutes from Virginia Square metro station. It took us less than thirty minutes to get to Ford Theater (door to door). There are many restaurants within walking distance, and prices are lower than in DC. Our favorite is Green Pig Bistro, walkable but closer to Clarendon, the next metro stop. Giant Supermarket is about a 5-7 min. walk, past Virginia Square metro and at the corner of N. Monroe St. and Washington Blvd. Relatively small store, but met our needs. Highly recommended, especially for pleasure travelers.

  Great location

  Great apartment with everything you'd need. Very comfortable beds. And living space. The one downer was the neighbours having parties at the weekend until gone 5am in the morning. This only affected the room with the single beds but as my granddaughter of 4 was in there it didn't go down very well.....we did mention it to the front desk but didn't hear back. The underground into the centre was a 2 minute walk and very efficient.
