  Stayed one night our first time in Bridlington rooms immaculate all very clean owners so lovely and friendly literally cannot fault the place would highly recommend. Our breakfast was good quality and just what we needed the owner was such a good host and made us feel so welcome thank you

  Perfect bed and breakfast with hosts Chris and Liz who cannot do enough for you. Excellent accommodation with comfy bed lovely and clean room and a awesome breakfast. Perfect location nr sea front. 10 out of 10...Nick Chelle and Freddie. X

  Excellent

  Just had 1 night at Oakwell and it was excellent the room was a good size the bed was comfy and it was so clean the breakfast was so good the owners couldnt do enough for us and my little girl is already missing pepper the doggo, will definitely be back wish we had booked 2 nights just for the guest house alone, Thank you for such a lovely stay.

  Liz and Chris are a very nice couple who made us feel very welcome. Rooms clean and comfortable.quiet street.picked a time slot for our breakfast which was cooked fresh and was lovely. Would definitely go back again

  Fantastic Hosts, very very clean, superb breakfast and loads of choice, proper coffee too, very close to town, pubs and restaurants, great communication from booking, See you again soon Gaz & Beth
