  Estancia perfecta!

  Estuvimos unos días antes de marchar de Australia, tras haber vivido unos cuantos años en Adelaide. Era como estar en casa. además teníamos habitación con vistas al mar y con espectaculares atardeceres. Lo recomiendo "for sure"!

  A much needed visit to see my daughter

  Great location with easy access to eateries and shopping. Very quiet room. Clean. Professional and courteous staff. Bed comfortable. Relatively secure carparking. Will return to stay again when I revisit Adelaide.

  Relaxing

  Great to be in the heart of Glenelg with every amenity whether it be food,drink or shopping,a tram ride to the city or a stroll along the beach yet peaceful enough to feel you are out in the country away from the rat race Thoroughly enjoyable

  Disgusting bathroom

  The overall room was clean the balcony was great. The staff are very helpful, which is the only reason they haven't reviewed a worse review. The bathroom was disgusting! The sink was clogged, the floors were dirty, the bath looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while and there was dust and dirt coming from the vent above the shower. As there are no window in the bathroom this vent was the only way to air the room out. You left having a shower feeling dirtier. Also, the bed is two king size singles pushed together to make a king size bed. That was very disappointing from the money you spend to stay there.

  Off to a Rocky Start, but ended Amazing

  We drove over from Melbourne and by the time we arrived we were hungry and tired. We brought out luggage to the room and then went to find something to eat. Nothing open! It was 10pm Sunday night. Learnt that lesson! McDonalds was the only place open. Went back to the room, and I do a clean, especially now during these Covid times and I was mortified and the state of the room. I called the Manager to come and look and he came up took the wipes with him. Said someone would contact me in the morning. The front desk reached out in the morning and they sent the Manager up to show me alternative rooms. We ended up in a beautiful room, that had just been cleaned. Ash was AMAZING!! He organised for our luggage to moved, and made sure we had everything we could want. The rest of the time spent here was fantastic. Staff were helpful. The views absolutely stunning and you couldnt ask to be closer to the beach. Honestly the BEST place to stay in Glenelg and we will be back without hesitation. Cant recommend this place any higher. Only took off one start for the rocky start which was quickly fixed by the day manager!!
