  One night wonder

  After our first place fell through, we stayed here. Room was fairly clean, but bathroom need a good cleaning. With covid so rampant in this area, seems like more attention/training could be used. At over 100 per night, I would think the management would pay more attention to the cleanliness of rooms.

  Never ever again

  My family and I have stayed here for several years and have always been pleased. My mother and I stayed there this week and were sadly disappointed at how badly its gone downhill. Theyve moved up the check in time to 4pm. Its never been that late, but weve never had any issues checking in early. This time we did..I understand theyd been booked over the weekend but the man at the desk (Ernest) was rude. The nozzle in the shower was broken. When I showered, the water backed up and was over my feet the whole time I showered (disguising). I used the bathroom, only to find there was NO HAND SOAP in the bathroom. Only two small bars of facial cleansing soap, a small conditioner bottle and two small bottles of moisturizer. Also, the door wouldnt close when you were exiting the room. I had to get my key out, key in while I had the door open, just for the door handle to turn so I could close the door. Im so sad this place has changed so much. This is unacceptable, especially for $100.35/night..along with so much competition in the area. I will never stay here again.

  Not the greatest by any means

  We stayed four nights last week and for what we had to pay, the cost versus what we got was not even close to being worth it. First of all, when we checked in we were told that we would not have maid service and if we wanted anything we would have to go to the front desk to ask for towels or whatever else we needed. No linen service for four nights either. We went out to buy toilet paper. The toilet in the room (room 215). did not flush properly and the water came up to the top of the bowl, and stayed there the whole time we were there even after we went to the desk to borrow a plunger, thinking something was wrong. They did not even offer to assist us. Imagine me, a guy, having to sit on a toilet seat with water just a couple of inches down from the top. It may sound funny, but I assure you it was not funny at the time. (We did not order a room with a bidet.) We will not be going back. Very unhappy.

  Very clean and friendly staff

  The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and we loved that they had a fenced-in dog park area for our dogs to run and play. I would recommend this place to anyone who stays in this area. The pricing was also affordable as well.

  The goodes

  Loved staying here!! Will be back pet friendly! They have a wonderful dog fence for dogs to run around!! Kids loved the heated pool!! We will be back for sure!! This is a place you will want to stay and take your children!!!
