Amazing VillaWe just had a family holiday. We combined 2 four bedroom villas. Great location. 8mins walk to Kudeta and Seminyak beach. 7 mins walk to main street with Revolver coffee. Eat street (Jl Pettignet ) was min 15mins walk, up to 30mins, depending on how far round you were going. Butler service from Ketut, Rudi and team was great. Nothing was too much to ask. If they weren't around, just dialled reception and your query was responded too. Breakfast cooked by villa staff at your request from 7-11am. You could choose, American, continental or Indonesian. It got a bit repetitive by 10days. Each room has an outdoor private bathroom. Rooms were mostly spacious, except for the ones as you enter the villas. Only let down was tiles around pool are very slippery and you need to be careful. So nice to have our own pools. Will definitely consider again.

Unrivalled luxuryNyaman Villas exceeded our expectations. A sanctuary within walking distance of Eat Street, the beach and the best restaurants and bars Seminyak has to offer. The villa was so luxurious it was difficult to leave its walls to explore the local area. The villa team were amazing making the experience even more relaxing. We are already planning our next visit to Nyaman Villas.

"FABULOUS"There is a definiate wow factor when you walk in to these villas and they are exactly like the photos you see of them. We were a party of 10 and had a 2 and 4 bedroom villa with 2 large pools (fence opened between), both outdoor areas are very spacious with big dining tables and sofas. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and huge wardrobe. Beds were big and comfortable, the room was a good size and everything is very clean. Fantastic location to restaurants, beach and shopping. The staff were so friendly and very attentive, they couldn't do enough for us, cooked a lovely breakfast in villa, organised money changer, groceries, coffees, yoga and taxies. I would without a doubt stay here again next time I go to Bali.

Absolutely AmazingThis has been by far the best place I've ever stayed. Firstly they picked us up from the airport. On arrival we were welcomed with cocktails and nibbles to eat while we checked in which was quick and easy. Then our bags were taken to the villa in true 1st class style. On entering the villa through the massive wooden doors, it was much more amazing than the pictures could capture. It truly had the wow factor. On entry was the kitchen, dining area and lounge under covering before coming to an opening where the "T" shaped pool enters into the next covered area for the bedrooms and communal middle seating area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed and plenty of cupboards & drawers. There was a 5 hob oven with fridge freezer, hot & cold water machine, a microwave and breakfast bar with stools and available snacks at reasonable prices. The dining room had a big table for 8 with a bowl of exotic fruits for free. There was also an armchair and a side table with a Bluetooth stereo unit. The lounge had a massive wooded coffee table with a long settee and armchairs with lamps and big wooden themed 3D pictures to give a homely feel. The smallest bedroom by the lounge was a little dark and consisted of a dressing table with a chair and a mirror above, a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a wall unit with ornaments, all in dark wood and a flat screen TV. The bathroom was outside like all the Balinese bathrooms I saw and was the only room that only had a shower and no bath. My bedroom was massive and light as the massive windows let in the sunshine through the blinds revealing swimming pool views. The bed was queen size with long floating single drawered bedside tables either side with lamps and artistic ornaments and framed jewellery displays. Opposite the bed was a massive wall-mounted flat-screen TV surrounded in a closable unit to hide it. Underneath was another floating unit with single drawers either side of a VCR. In one of the drawers was a plug-in mosquito repellent. There was an armchair in the corner, a ceiling fan and controllable air-conditioning. Between my bedroom and the outdoor bathroom was a walk through closet with a 2 drawered dressing table at the end and a large mirror as well as a magnifying standing mirror and a box of tissues. The walk through closet had many different sized compartments and a hanging rail with dressing gowns and slippers as well as a safe. The bathroom had a free standing oval bath outside with a concealed shower amongst all the vegetation so it was like bathing and showering in the jungle. The walls were high so it was private but it did mean you showered in the rain if it was raining. There was a long double sink unit with drawers and a very long mirror and the toilet under a shelter. In the drawers were so many toiletries including toothbrushes, combs, cotton wool buds, shower caps and sewing kits with hairdryer and adapters. The bedroom opposite was similar and just as big. Up the bamboo lined stairway was the penthouse and consisted of a sunlounging area with loungers and a parasol before entering the very large bedroom that consisted of a massive bed surrounded by a unit with ornaments. There was a walk through closet at the back of the bed that had a built in dressing table with mirror. There was also a wall-mounted TV and a couple of armchairs. The bathroom, like most Balinese bathrooms was outside and consisted of a massive bath, twin sinks with long mirror above, toilet and shower. The communal seating area by the bedrooms was surrounded by the pool and was like a large bed for 6 people. At the end was by the stairs was a coffee table with angel wings on and 2 statues plus lounge chairs either side. The walls were surrounded by large Balinese pictures and all the high ceilings had lovely wooded panelling designs The "T" shaped pool was warm and half inside and half outside because of the central opening. It had steps at the 4 corners and cleaned everyday as well as the rooms. The pool was surrounded by stepping stones and grass areas with sun loungers and a parasol. At night the pool lit up making the villa look even more spectacular The villa came with our own butler who would cook breakfast for us for a small fee but for free would organise Takeaways, a floating breakfast to eat within the pool, a currency exchange person to come to us with great rates and also arranged massages at the villa although it was much cheaper at one of the many spa's found through out the Seminyak. The villa is also located within walking distance to all the bars, clubs, shops, spas and restaurants of the main Seminyak area.
