  Disappointing

  The infinity pool was awesome with its natural looking, the rooms were spacious, they even gave us free extra bed, but one thing that dissapointing was the breakfast, at first the reception said that it was a buffet, they even gave us vouchers with the time and location of the buffet, but when morning comes, we went to the restaurant and they said we couldnt enter the restaurant instead they would give us a box rice and we need to pay for the drink and the extra omelette, we were like WHAT? We even spoke to the manager asking why at the first place they informed us that it was a buffet when in fact it wasn't. They said it was of social distancing but there was a group with more then 50 people had their breakfast at the restaurant, and only them can eat there.

  Extraordinary service, The rooms are spacious, clean, and their needs are responded quickly. The waiter is very polite. The children's playground, swimming pool, and other facilities such as bicycles are provided very well. I give 5 * points. Next time I'm interested in taking my family for the week end at NDC. NDC Steady. Hopefully always maintain the quality.

  Friendly Staff, Accommodating

  NDC Resort and Spa was the perfect place to end my trip to Manado. The staff was super friendly and so accommodating. I was on crutches and they offered a wheelchair and brought a bench to sit on in the shower. They opened the snack shop for us even though it was closed. My friends and I was also serenated with a song and cake after our dinner. Customer service was impeccable. The room was super nice. Modern amenities. spacious bathroom. Everything worked well. The spa was very relaxing. A beautiful pier to walk down in the evening and watch a sun set while seeing the skyline of Mando. Location is perfect. I think the only thing I wished there was - was more dinning available on the premises. There is only a seafood restaurant which is a tribute to Manado and Indonesia, but it would also be nice if there was some other variety of "western" foods. Just for those that would be traveling from abroad and wish to have some of their countries native comfort foods. Overall it was an incredible experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at a resort in Manado

  Best service

  I was staying for 1 night and amaze by the room (super clean and large), the view in my room was breathtaking. For the food was scrumptious, thanks to chef Jun. thank you for the hospitality NDC. Well be back again for sure.

  Excellence service

  Cozy place for stay with family. We've been there 3 times and felt the same cosiness. For sure we will stay there again soon for another good occasion. Moreover, if we want to take beautiful capture there we don't need to think twice as this place has many nice view for our photos. Their colorful bridge facing the sea is one of our favorite place to be while staying there. Thank you NDC for excellence services.
