  Clean, comfortable and good value!

  Stayed for one week at Nuntiya Terrace, comfortable room (very hard bed, loved it!), very clean and friendly staff. Had my own car with me, so getting around Udon was easy. Big car park, never a problem to find a parking spot. Several laundry places nearby, I was completely satisfied with my staff.

  Great Room, Great Price, Great Value

  I most often look for budget rooms that offer high value... Nuntiya Terrace is an almost new smaller hotel in Udon Thani, located about 5 minutes from the heart of the shopping and night life but a bit off the main road. Large rooms, large refrigerator, tile clean floors, free wi-fi, nice shower, double closets, a desk / dressing mirror, even a reading lounge in the room --a lot of room at a great price. I paid about 500 thb per night and think it was a bargain. Yes, a harder mattress but that is what I prefer for my back. Stayed a week and I will certainly return. Easy to get to the hotel from train and bus or shopping mall on a tuk tuk.. to leave the hotel might to travel into the shopping areas might be a bit a challenge to find a tuk-tuk but think the front desk can assist.

  Great Value for Money

  A friend suggested an inexpensive hotel in Udon Thani and since we wanted to try something different we decided to give the Nuntiya Terrace a try. We were in for a number of surprises. 1.We were told that the hotel was a five-minute walk from the UD Town complex. That was an exaggeration as it is closer to ten minutes! 2. When we arrived at the hotel we were surprised to find that it looked a lot smaller than in its publicity photographs. But that was where all the negatives ended. 1.The hotel felt safe and the rooms and toilets were very clean and large. 2.The beds were comfortable and the TV reception good, though sometimes the WIFI in the rooms could be slow. 3.The staff were very polite and helpful. 4.We were amazed at the prices. At under THB 500, the Nuntiya Terrace must offer the best value for money in the whole of Udon. Quite a discovery!

  Impressed

  Turning into this little alley I was not quite sure what it is I was going to find. What a pleasant surprise! I stayed here for four days and the stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodations comfortable and clean. Charges very reasonable. Bathrooms are European/American. There is a coffee shop downstairs although they only open at 8 am. Wifi connection is very good. Nearby 7-11. Safe location and very easy to find food nearby. There is a neighbor (across from the lobby) who will wash your clothes and iron them for next to nothing. Be aware, if you do not leave your keys at the desk, they will not enter the room. They told us that they figure that if people do not leave their keys, they did not want the room cleaned. For security reasons they do not enter using the master key. I liked this policy but others may not.

  Cheap hotel with large room

  Pros: Large room, Large Fridge, cheap Cons: No safe in room or reception Location: short hop from city centre Stayed 29-Aug-2016 for 1 night in ground floor room-108. Booked standard room with no breakfast. Checked in at 19:20pm my passport was not looked at or requested to be shown! No safe in room or in reception. Receptionist offered to place my passport in reception-drawer which I politely refused. Room was large with coffee table & chair, a massage-type sofa and largest fridge I've seen in a hotel. There was no telephone in room. The shower was barely warm and the tiles looked old. Hotel was the cheapest price I ever stayed at so can't complain too much. Reception also had a café attached. 5-mins walk away is a small Tesco-lotus and a bar with beer-garden with mainly locals. Main town-centre is 5-mins away by tuk-tuk taxi.
